After I bought the theme I first was a bit irritated as I didn't found customization tipps but instead was offered to get my site set up for 50 Dollars. So I gave it a bad rating.

After that the author contacted me and did a lot of effort to help me solving my issues.
So support finally was quite good. And the design is just awesome! Love this theme!
