All of a sudden the WP Bakery Page Builder doesn’t automatically pull into the Page Builder. The page build displays but all the short codes show in the classic editor at the top of the page edit page instead of within the WP Bakery Page Builder section. Do I do I need to have a paid license for the WP Bakery Page Builder plugin with this theme?

We went to update our homepage and all the sections of our page are now all together as shortcodes in the classic editor with the WPBakery Page Editor below. How do we fix this issue so we can use the page editor/visual composer to edit our site?

Hello I just bought the theme. I was unhappy that I did not read the comments about this product earlier. There are several issues with themes, from the insertion of a logo, to questions of responsiveness. I am requesting the cancellation of the purchase with PayPal and I hope they understand and return the amount paid. Thank you.

Hi there, I love this theme but seem to be having the following issues:

1) I can no longer edit my webpage with this theme. It gives me a blank white page with some sort of logo on it. It seems that the WPBakery Page Builder is what isn’t working. It came loaded with the theme and wondering if you can resolve this. Thanks!

2) I am using video for the top header instead of an image. There is a filter overlay on that section and it seems with video the top is not covered by that filter, any way to resolve?

How can I get Naila to load faster?

Hi Nadal We are still waiting for a reply regarding my issue please. Could you please get in contact as this is ridiculous just a small customization which I paid 25$ extra and you didnt fix. Also I am willing to pay extra out of desperation so you can sort my 2 remaining problems.

Save your money and do not buy this theme. I am trying to get a refund now after spending two weeks trying to get this POS to work. I have developed over 20 Wordpress sites and this is the only theme that is not mobile friendly. You cannot even install your logo in the header without a ton of custom programming. It is also the most buggy theme I have used in over 5 years.

I purchased your theme and it is not mobile friendly. I need the theme fixed or a refund due to false advertising.

Nadal please respond to our chat or email as this is getting frustrating. We need to get online asap and you are holding us back. Why ??? We paid for extra support and another 25 $ for your customization.

Please give us a reply on what are your intentions.

I have installed naila word press theme. I am trying to change background image mainbg.jpg but still same image appears. my website is on www.wapo.or.tz

Website Doesn’t scale properly when viewed on a tablet. My site is: redmondmedialab.com , when you view it on the tablet, the “searching” text animations on the top of page get cut off and the whole page its self slides left to right. How do i fix the compatability issues for viewing on tablets? Phone and desktop computer look fine.

Is it possible to make the “VG-Services” Elements clickable as links? I’d like to make it so people can click on the service in the column so it goes to a more in depth page. Thanks.

Can I also have multiple pages for this theme? Are there any examples of multiple page versions? For instance, a more indepth portfolio or testimonial page? Can I have the nav bar link to other pages instead of scroll down?
