Terrible, no installation example

I have bought many wordpress themes on this website, but no other delivered a better customer support experience. My questions and inquiries are answered within a day most of the time and the author works personally on your website whenever you need help.

Documentation is extremely limited. It only shows you how to do the basic setup and not how to get the theme looking like it shows in the preview.

This theme has numerous bugs in Firefox. Out of the box there are immediately noticeable issues with black text on dark backgrounds. The main navigation font color is incorrect. Category elements are black text on a black background, so they can't even be read.

In Internet Explorer, resizing the window results in a horrible jittering of the background image.

Across all browsers resizing the window can sometimes (rarely) result in content overflowing on the y-axis without a scrollbar appearing, completely breaking the page. This content is then inaccessible unless the window is resized back and forth until the content magically reappears or the page is refreshed.

Instagram api calls are baked in. I'm not interested in using any Instagram functionality, so I left the Instagram UserID field blank in the theme options. The theme still tries to make api calls, resulting in scripting errors in the browser on every single page load. There is apparently no way to disable this functionality in the theme options.

The custom_style.php?ver=1.5 file generates an Internal Server Error out of the box.

(All of my testing was done in the latest versions of Chrome, Internet Explorer, and Firefox. My Wordpress installation as well as Apache and PHP are all configured properly. I'm not using any plugins that could be causing these issues.)

This theme looks nice at first, but then all these little bugs keep cropping up which siphon hours of time away. Having to modify PHP files to gut api calls to third parties, and debug someone else's code is exactly what I don't want in a Wordpress theme.
