Tahnks for the fast feedback, the Patch seems to work and also the portfolio stuff.

Non of my pages are registering.. What should I do?

Your website is down at the moment.

Your website is live again.

Your .htaccess file is probably not writable. Log in to the admin panel, go to Settings -> Permalinks, click the ‘Save changes’ button, scroll down the page and see if there is a message about the not writable .htaccess file.

Hi e404!

I am getting ready to purchased the Natural theme but one question … can I place a picture where the logo is at in the header? I know I can place a picture in the header, I saw your example but I was wondering if I place a picture where the logo is at also?

Thanks you, Christine

Yes, you can replace the logo with your own image via the theme options panel (take a look at this screenshot).

Thank you so much … I am purchasing it now! :)

Hi e404!

I purchased your theme and I am really liking it. Thank you for a great theme.

Okay, reading your documentation, I still don’t understand how to get my website to look like your demo … I would like the homepage to look like “Elastic Images Slideshow” and I think that is your demo … where do I find to set it there?

Thank you, Christine :)

I can see you already did this. ;)

Yes, I did … sorry I forgot to post.

I’ve downloaded the new shortcode manager view zip file and placed it in the /inc folder but I’m still receiving an error and the shortcode view won’t show.

I’m getting the following error:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error) ---- http://agriberry.com/wp-content/themes/natural/inc/shortcode-manager-view.php?mce=true&ver=359-20131026

This issue is caused by your server configuration (probably by security settings). I can try to help you with that, but I need an access to your server via FTP and to your WP admin panel – please send me all login details using the contact form on our profile page.

Hello, I’m having an issue with my portfolio. By accessing my website (http://sementesamerica.com.br/novo2013/), the home page or my products page, all of my portfolio itens are not displaying the images that I set on detached.

Turn off the Proton module in the Jetpack settings.

It woked, thank you so much.

Great Support, fast and precise!

Thank you

Great theme.

I’m just having one problem with it. I’ve created a form using HTML (I need a ‘Thank You’ page and so have not used Contact 7) but I the colour of the form does not seem to be working with the theme.

Do you have any thoughts on how to overcome this? Thanks.

Can I see an example?

Hi i bought the theme two weeks ago and i love it but i’m really disapointed, you said ” It requires no coding skills” but i have to ask for help for everything i do, and this really ruin my experience with your product …. I have to build my website as fast as i can and i lost many time looking for answer on google or asking your support … So yes this theme is nice but require coding skills.

You asked about making a completely different blog layout and such customizations do require coding skills.

Yes i’m building a business and i want to give the best experience for my visitors ;) I will try to find my way ^^

Hi. I am interested in your nature theme. Do you plan to continue upgrading and supporting this specific theme?

We still support this theme, but we don’t plan to release any update soon.

Hi, is it possible to have a left hand navigation with this theme? thanks

What do you mean by a left hand navigation?

Your theme has a nice horizontal navigation, nicely styled and responsive – was wondering whether there was scope to have the main menu on left running vertically. Appreciate you can create sidebar menus on pages, but I am referring to a nicely styled main vertical menu for all pages. Like this for example: http://designingmedia.com/html/fbar/?theme=Shopen-WP

Thanks for the clarification. The theme doesn’t contain a vertical menu, so it’s not possible to create one out of the box.

Great theme, bought it yesterday. Sliders not working. I have checked all the comments but there doesn’t seem to be a solution on the sliders problems yet?

I’ll email you the login so you can check things out.

Please send me your login details – I’ll check what’s going on.

Can i hide the pagetitle on my page when it is shown in the INTRO section of the page?

Sorry! fixed it!

You can only turn off page titles globally, for the whole website (Theme Options -> Show Page Titles).

Is there a way to prevent from being stripped out of the blog entries on the home page? Take a look at the first entry (Clifton School Auction Tickets) under WHAT’S NEW of this home page: http://thecliftonschool.org/

See how there is a URL that doesn’t work? But on the blog post itself, the URL works fine.

How can I activate this link on the home page too?

It has nothing to do with your home page. This is just how excerpts work in WordPress – they do not contain any HTML code.

I can take a look at your case if you like – just send me your WP admin panel login and password using the contact form on our profile page.

Sent to you just now, thanks!

Thank you for your help and fast replies!!!

Ok I give up 5 hours and I can’t get a slider to work like the example you have in the front page “Our Clients”. The one that slides through your different clients. You just don’t seem to have an example for that slider I tried them in vain. Its late I am going to sleep. Please post me the code for this slider… My site is WildAtPalmas.com. I created all thosetiny .png files but the slider…. Oh I give up for tonight… hope to hear from you soon… otherwise great theme I love it….

Thank you life is beautiful. :)

PS: Those still unsure about this theme you can check my site wildatpalmas.com This theme rocks!!!

Thanks for good words. :)

Could you please tell me if the theme allows to NOT display a specific sidebar widget while on mobile devices (phone or tablet)? How can it be achieved please?

Thank you!

It’s not possible out of the box, but it can be easily achieved with CSS – please send me an e-mail with your website URL and I’ll send you an example.

Hi there,

I have just purchased the product and trying to update all of my pages that I developed into the new template.

I can’t seem to find any of the page templates that it says that come with the package. For example the contact pages.

Can you please help?

There is no separate template for a contact page. You can find the content of sample pages from our demo website (including contact pages) in the ‘sample content/pages’ folder.

I have been experimenting with the themes but think that I have uploaded the theme incorrectly.

I have the main page look but cannot get any of the other pages to look like your demo. Can you help me with confirming that I have downloaded and uploaded it correctly into WordPress?

Thank you in advance

Hi there, yep, have changed everything to featured images now.

Just need to know two questions:

1. How to get a summary of the blog, which then opens up into the full article 2. Why the line breaks aren’t working.

I promise no more questions after this

I’ve already told you that. ;) Just uncheck the ‘Use Post Excerpts’ option (Theme Options -> Blog Options).

Thank you … thank you .. thank you… ah I can relax for a bit now … and give you a well deserved break….

I’m having an issue with menu responsiveness; I modified some css to change the style of the full size menu, but now when I change the screen size the menu appears on top of the navbar. Is there a way to keep the custom CSS but make it disappear when on a tablet or mobile device?

The website is www.sustainableinnov.com, the custom css is

ul.sf-menu { display: inline-block; padding-bottom:0px; }
#navigation_wrapper {height:auto;}
#navigation {text-align:center; height:auto; }
.sf-menu, .sf-menu * { font-size:10pt}
.sf-menu ul {

.sf-menu li {
.sf-menu li a {
padding: 0px 10px 0px;
margin: 5px 3px 0px;
border: #e7e7e7 solid 2px;

.sf-menu li a:hover {
margin:5px 3px 0px;
border: #ffffff solid 2px;
-webkit-border-top-left-radius: 6px;
-webkit-border-top-right-radius: 6px;
-moz-border-radius-topleft: 6px;
-moz-border-radius-topright: 6px;
border-top-left-radius: 6px;
border-top-right-radius: 6px;

.sf-menu li.current-menu-item a, .sf-menu li.current-page-parent a, .sf-menu li.current-page-ancestor a, .sf-menu li.current_page_parent a {
margin: 5px 3px 0px;
border: #ffffff solid 2px;
-webkit-border-top-left-radius: 6px;
-webkit-border-top-right-radius: 6px;
-moz-border-radius-topleft: 6px;
-moz-border-radius-topright: 6px;
border-top-left-radius: 6px;
border-top-right-radius: 6px;
You can add your own CSS code only for certain resolutions, for example:
@media (min-width: 1024px) {
// your CSS code here
You can take a look at the ‘mediaqueries.css’ file to learn more about it.

Please note that in general we don’t support our users’ custom code.

Perfect! Thank you so much.

Hi basic question… What would be a code example for setting the background color to the color black on just one page. Is this possible or the theme global default background overide it all? Thanks

Please ask your question using the account you have used to purchase the theme. Thank you.
