Hi, so I bought the theme but it does not work. Installed fresh opencart three times with softaculous and then followed the steps in the documentation but it does not work. Sometimes the CMS Blocks do not appear, the layer navigation does not get the filters and I tried everything to get the quick view disabled but it does not work. I tried to write support two times but no answer. How long do I have to wait for support?

i purchased this theme a while ago and im running a store on it. suddenly it got really slow. i did a fresh install on a test server and realized the theme takes alot of time to load.
