It depends on which demo style you want to import for example if you want to import “Business” style. You have to use business_style_content.xml file.

Sure. Could you please open /wp-content/themes/nebula/functions.php at line 211 to 224 you will see list of custom images size. Remove ones you don’t want to use.

After that, please install and run this plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/

I already purchased Nebula Responsive Multi-Purpose Theme and try to import sample content which have 3 files(business_style_content.xml, creative_style_content.xml and shop_contents.xml). I have found error when shop_contents.xml is imported. The error like following

I bought Nebula theme which LayerSlider plugin is bundled in premium theme. It should work properly but I got the error like below

Your purchase code appears to be invalid. Please take special care to enter it correctly without accidentally including spaces or other additional characters. Please note, you can’t activate LayerSlider with your theme’s purchase code. This also can be a temporary issue in our services. In that case please try it again in a few hours.

I already raised the issue to plug in support team and got the answer as below…

“If you’ve received LayerSlider as a bundled plugin in your theme, you cannot use your theme’s purchase code to activate it as they are two separate products, item support and updates will be provided by the theme author in this case.

Alternatively, you can purchase a license from us, so we can provide our support services for you, along with our auto-update solution, beta and early access releases and exclusive offers for our direct buyers as well.”

So in this case theme need to support me to activate plugin, right? and how I can activate or fix it. Need help asap.

Normally you can use all basic function of Layer Slider plugin you saw on demo site.

However you have to purchase separated license for Layer Slider if you want to use additional features ex. auto update feature of the plugin, support from plugin author. When you purchased theme, plugin is included but it’s purchased code for theme

But it doesn’t necessary to buy Layer Slider license as we will provide an update for the plugin once it has.
