Hello, great theme, no way. I just got a little problem that I’m not able to solve. I’m trying to change the colors of the Header Top but the top want change, colors stay stick with the default one. There’s something I can do to solve or maybe I’m doing some wrong. Thanks for the answer

if you mean header top under logo you need to set inside background option (inside default demo). Currently on default demo is an image as background.
So it depends from demo imported.

Hi, thanks for the fast answer. I mean the top header above the logo, the one that is black and contains the date, the articles strip, the social icons and the login. It is that one that I’m trying to change, I mean just the colors. It is called Header Top and the setting are intheme color / header top Thanks again

if you used correctly Neder Option panel to change colors and problem persist, we need to check inside your site.
But you need to open a ticket (required a regular license to open it).

I´m trying to show a Header Post sorted by tags not by categories… and a Display Posts and Carrousel Post filtered through and offset… so i can show news sorted by categories but not repeated.
Is that posible?
Which command should i use for accomplish what i need.

You can’t open a ticket because on envato elements support is not included and you need to have a regular license to open ticket.

Hi, I have been having a lot of problems with this Theme. More than 5 weeks ago I opened 3 tickets and I haven’t received any response.
What she says is false, we have always replied to the numerous tickets opened by her and twice she gave us incorrect access data and for this reason we were never able to carry out checks, we exchanged 20 messages on 3 tickets so say that we never answered it is false. We have carried out checks with our systems and with other users who use it, the problem is not in our theme but in your WordPress installation and in some incompatibility on your project, so if you want you can ask for a refund.
I downloaded your theme from Evento Elements, when I try to make any changes I get a message that says there is an error with the redux plugin. Is it necessary to purchase the redux framework license to make changes to the theme?

Maybe do you have an issue inside your site. Try to install jquery migrate plugin to improve better your compatibility.

Error showed only 2 image importing issue. It doesn’t create any import problem.

I got it via Envato Elements and I’m loving it. Just one thing I would love to do and can’t find a way to do it… Is it possible to turn off CAPS on the titles? Would love to be able to do that

If you want need support you need to buy product on ThemeForest.
Anyway you can try to add this css:
.neder-vc-element-posts .article-title a { text-transform: inherit; }
But for correct css code (depens you page created) you need to open a ticket and for open it you need to have a regular license

i can see that the theme got updated last time in January 2018. Is there any later update? It’s mainly regarding WP 5.1 compatibility. Also regarding updates for included components like Visual Composer. Your ‘Fast Gallery’ got updated the last time 2015.
We are a bit worried to run into compatibility issues with your theme.

you need to select relative category inside relative block.
If used visual composer open addon and select query TAB. Inside it you can write slug of category.

Do you perhaps have more documentation on creating a carousel? I have created a new carousel. But I do not find the query, general, settings tabs. It just looks like a normal post without any tabs. I am probably missing something here.

No… it does not really give me the option for visual composer. I click on Fast Carousel, then ‘create new carousel’. And then it looks like a normal post creation.
When I edit the home page, I get the option to use ‘front end’, ‘classic mode’ or ‘back end editor’. Also with the posts.
But not with the Carousel.

if you use fast carousel you haven’t this option. Fast carousel is only for image carousel and isn’t supported posts as source.

I struggle a bit to find information in the documentation about the font-family for the body text. I have added this in customize > additional css. But when I view this in my ‘inspector’ the font is usually greyed out, so it had no effect

1. Our Theme price is 24$ and doesn’t required any activation.
2. Visual composer required activation if you want automatically updates.
3. I think you don’t know how works plugin included on theme. You haven’t purchase a single license but bundle license. So you can ignore this advise and waiting us to update vc at latest version.
This is a normal license method inside Envato Market Place.
