Having bought the “Neeon” theme, I ran into a lot of problems that are beyond imagination.
First, unable to import demo data. Then I created a ticket and the “RadiusTheme” team provided me the manual demo data import. But then the problem becomes more complicated.
Cnot showing the category. The website title is not showing. Favicon and Logo are not showing. Social icons are not showing correctly.
And there are many problems which are not possible to write one by one.
This theme has many other issues that need to be fixed. Hopefully my problem will be resolved, otherwise I will be refunded.
I have installed Elementor demo and use some elementor pages. But I would like to use Gutenberg plugin to some basic posts with it. Can I do this, will Gutenberg cause some issues while running in parallel with Ellemntor?

Gutenberg just doesnt appears in the list of plugins installed. Only elementor and classic editor. Should i add gutrnberg from wordoress repository?

Classic Editor not included with WordPress. Please check if you use any plugin to hide Gutenberg and enable Classic Editor.

Thank you. Yes, installed Classic Editor and it blocked Gutenberg. Resolved now. Quick question – do you recommend any set of additional gutenberg blocks that work with Neon to expand design options (like lists)? If yes please let me know what is the name of the plugin.

Thanks to the RadiusTheme team because I am very happy with the Neeon theme.
But I want to know I have fully installed and using the Neeon theme. But I see many pages are generated after installing the main demo. Can I delete these pages?
Page name Addon Test, Blog Layout 01, Blog Layout 02 etc. Post Box 01 TO 05 and Post Gird 01 TO 09 and Post List 01 TO 08 and Post Overlay 01 TO Post Overlay 15 and Post Slider 01 TO 05 and Post Tab 01 TO 05 and Team Grid and Team Slider etc.

Do you want o change the layout from customizer can change the global layout. But individual page meta settings. If change from meta settings then customize settings will override.
Please check meta settings and make it default then global settings will work.

1. Can I add buttons to the post layouts, fore example that says click here or play now?
2. Can I change the URL destination to the affiliate product page when clicking on a new article review post layout, or does it always take the user to that specific article?

Regarding my 2nd question:
What I want is that when the user clicks on one of the news layout posts, it takes them to the affiliate product page instead of the actual article. So I want that to be the main page for all reviews, and then the button at the bottom will take them to the casino.
3. Can I change the URL structure, let’s say I want to change /products to /casinos?

I have submitted a support ticket but haven’t received a reply yet, so I’m trying here instead.
Will you in a future update include an option to change the Category Style for the Thumb Horizontal post layouts? I have seen that on most other layouts this option is possible, but not on the Thumb Horizontal layouts for some reason.
I mainly need to change the text size pretty much like on the other layouts.
Maybe it can be done with custom attributes or CSS?

I tried to add the ads plugin code into the header using the customizer but didn’t work.
When I go to customizer – advertisement and change ad type to “custom code”, I’m inserting a shortcode like this [the_ad id=”36260”] but when I check the website there’s no ad in the and it shows the shortcode [the_ad id=”36260”] and not the banner ads.
