I recently purchased this Neeon theme that I had high hopes for, but unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations. The theme had a lot of features that I thought would be useful, but in reality, they were very difficult to use. I found myself spending hours trying to figure out how to make even simple changes to my website, which was frustrating.
One of the biggest issues was that it had a lot of complicated plugins that made it unsuitable for beginners. I consider myself to be fairly tech-savvy, but I still found myself struggling to navigate the theme's various settings and options. I can only imagine how overwhelming it would be for someone who has no experience with website design.
Another issue I had was the support. I had some questions about certain features and how to use them, but when I reached out to the support team, it took them several days to get back to me. When they did finally respond, their answers were not very helpful, and I was left feeling even more frustrated.
In conclusion, It has some great design features, but just did not work out for me. I think it might be a less-than-ideal choice for beginners or those who want a more user-friendly experience.

Sorry, Sir you face issues. As a news and blog theme this theme has related features we don't think any complex or not related features are included with theme.
We use WordPress default customizer for theme settings also Elementor addon has own setting. This are common with theme.
There is no extra plugins included with theme all are related with feature. Which plugins are essential for theme that are called required plugins others are recommended plugins. Like if you want WooCommerce then install WooCommerce plugin and 2 others WooCommerce plugin. If you need to WooCommerce then don't install this plugins this are not required plugins. If want review then install review plugins.
We got your 1 ticket with 1 question only that was blog post color related we replied you next day. When we check your site was break so we asked access to give you quick solution.
Today I checked you already changed theme now using another theme.
Install our theme then reply in ticket we will fix the issue that you face.
Or if you want refund create refund request I will access your request.
