For 85 bucks theme you'll be ignored by support

We are sorry to hear this but we could not locate any request from your Envato username at our help center, so if you possibly do have one please share your request ID so we can check.
Also if you haven´t submitted a request you are more than welcome to do so by submitting a ticket to our Help Center and one of our support agents will assist you.

Demo import looks absolutely nothing like the actual demo they preview. Requires coding knowledge and htc/ftp access to change max post size so it can actually work properly (which I dont have access too and they dont advertise to anyone). Regret my purchase and should've gone with another theme that doesnt require complex php file manipulation that I cant even access in wordpress or through my hosting provider...

You can adjust your server resources by editing the php.ini file or asking your hosting provider to do this for you since this is more related to your hosting environment. Theme can be used and demo can be imported even if the resources are not as recommended and you can try XML import which is lighter than one-clink demo import.

1 click demo import is not working, the slider of one page is showing incomplete on antoher page, images are missing, track list is not working, forms are not found. Waiting for a solution...

On the off chance that you’ve waited for a while and the demo import didn’t finish properly, you can try importing via XML import.

can't contact support as my purchase code seem to be invalid. tried your support link, this theme (neobeat) is not in the list of supported themes, and then the purchase code seems to be invalid, can you please sort this out?

When you log in at our Help Center, click on the "Submit a Request" link in header, and fill in the form as shown in the screenshot.
First enter your purchase code, then select the profile (in this case Elated) and then theme.
You can also contact our support through this email, just include your purchase code in the mail, and our support agents will gladly help you.

difficult to use. Complicated to and time consuming to figure design functions. Licensing is difficult to figure out.

The theme is beautiful and very customisable. I am familiar with Wordpress, but I don't know how to code at all. If I have any specific customising requests, or troubleshooting, the customer support team are always so prompt and helpful.

The customer support is amazing.
Nice theme, but the demo is not one clic install as they advertise (not first time with their themes)... you probably need to do many aditional tasks and ask for support to have a demo website same as the one they show.
