Overall, you get pretty much exactly what the demo of this theme shows, but not much more than that from the theme itself.
The largest reason for giving four stars here is that there is no simple method to avoid duplicate posts showing up in the various Elementor blocks unless you specify different categories for different sections (meaning you can't simply sort by date) and you cannot choose an offset like Kadence Blocks offers to easily make the featured header posts be the latest posts and then have the post-list below be different from the featured section. While there are certainly work around methods that can work, it's not as user friendly as it could be compared to just having Blocks with an offset option and ability to filter and sort by categories, tags, date, etc. from the Wordpress editor like many other themes do.
It would be great to see the Deo Themes Elementor Widgets be turned into Gutenberg blocks, especially the Deo Posts List and the Elementor widgets used for the home page header sections (Deo Posts Carousel, Deo Masonry Posts, and Deo Tabs Post). An option to fully disable Elementor and use only Blocks would be wonderful.
Looking at the Wordpress 5.9 updates likely due in December (2021), I'm not sure I would recommend this theme unless there are future updates for Gutenberg blocks to keep pace with where Wordpress is headed.
Support was responsive in a timely manner for those curious.

Thanks for the honest feedback, there is definitely room for improvement. We've tried to implement avoid duplicate posts logic, but it's not that simple with Elementor, the way it renders all the widgets is tricky.
We also believe that the block editor is the future, and we're working on it, but most likely it would be a new theme, fully optimized and integrated with it.

I really like the themes design, but the mobile page speed score is awful. My last theme got nearly 80, this one only 14-19....
Also some of the widgets for the Frontpage are not optimized for mobile. Would not buy it again.

Thanks for the honest review. I just tested our main demo and got 57 on mobile. It's not perfect, but we're using cheap shared hosting and plan to switch to VPS later. Make sure that you're using optimization, minification and caching plugins. There can improve speed a lot. Also I don't see any problem with mobile widgets on iPhone or Android devices. I you could provide some info that would be great. It will help a lot to improve our product in the next versions.

Sorry to hear that you're heaving problems with our product. But you are the first who mentioned about this issue, and I don't see any support ticket from you. Unfortunately we can't control our hosting uptime and if you try to import again after few minutes it should be back to normal.
