We provide answers for basic usage questions, suggestions and bug reports through our own ticketing system at https://support.cssninja.io/
Item comments can be used for support and pre-sale questions.
Submitting a ticket/comment will put you on a line (first comes first served) so please be patient. We never skip any questions and will provide an answer as long as the question is related and doesn’t go beyond our support scope.
Support doesn’t include any kind of customizations neither covers 3rd party libraries used in the template (although we can provide suggestions/help up to a certain point). Customization requests are paid services.
