Im going to purchase a new licence for this theme but the client needs it to be using Eliminator editor. I would be using one of your demos as a base to start with too. Is this possible with Eliminator or only works with your Bold editor? Thanks

This video is background video of a section, so you need to replace background video in a section (edit section, then go to VIDEO tab).
ouh, my, understand me that it’s clear and I know how to edit it, where to do it, it’s simple: there is a Section, Slider in it and in the middle, a slide, I can insert a link to a different video than yours but it doesn’t work, nothing changes no matter if I put a link there, e.g. to youtube. or a link to a video uploaded to the website in the MEDIA section. It doesn’t work, nothing changes, check it at home because you have an error in this template and I’m waiting for a solution to the problem.

I’ve noticed that everytime I try to update to WordPress 6.2.2 I get a fatal error: “Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 805306368 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 4096 bytes) in /home/customer/www/_.com/public_html/wp-includes/script-loader.php on line 850”. Any idea why? Thanks!
It looks like it is not directly related to our theme, maybe you can try to increase memory limit in your php settings. Please contact hosting support if you need help with that.
Also, please check that you are using latest version of our theme, this issue might be related to some older theme versions.

We tried install your Wordpress theme to Plesk. We doing migration to server, when full installing, Plesk (server) crashed. In local host everything is working.
We use plugin to migration “All-in-One WP Migration”.

Second, your Plesk server probably has a server php error log available. Take a look at it and identify Fatal Error causing the server to “crash”. It should clearly indicate the cause of the problem.

In the next theme update we will also update the version related metadata in theme’s WooCommerce templates which will resolve the issue.
Rest assured that the notice does not influence the functionality of the theme in any way.
If you need a solution in the meantime, you can edit php files in the theme’s woocommerce folder and its subfolders. Most of them contain version related metadata which look likes this (the top of the file):
@version 7.3.0
You can change the version number to, for example 8.0.0 and the notice will disappear.

How to change the name of homepage in breadcrumbs (there is no info about this in your documentacion).

You can “translate” the theme using provided .pot file in its languages folder – by translating only the “Home” string in your .mo file, you would achieve what you want.
The alternative is to change the string Home in boldthemes_functions.php, lines 1628 and 1632. Ideally by overriding the entire boldthemes_breadcrumbs() function in your child theme’s functions.php so you would not have to do it every time after you update the theme.

The theme supports background video on sections.
It has never supported background video on individual slides (you can set background video on section containing slider, and omit background images on slides – that way all slides will share the same background video)

Interestingly enough, this specific demo does report an error within the referenced tool.
If you click on View tested page and take a look at the Screenshot you will see that Fonts, CSS and JS files have not been loaded properly by the testing tool.
If you take a look at more info, the error the tool reports for these files is “Other error” which does not explain a lot either.
So, without some additional info or knowledge about the tool’s inner workings we can not either resolve the issue or pinpoint the cause. For all we know this can be the error on their side.
In any case it is a false positive as the demo properly renders on mobile devices.
