Nestin allows you to deactivate Google Fonts - If you are using them in your theme, you can add them as custom Fonts locally.
If you are using custom fonts, Google Fonts will not be loaded from Google servers.

Please note that you have requested the support related to the functionality which falls out of scope of the presented theme features, and, as such requires customization of the theme code.

Theme customizations based on user requests are not within the scope of the policy.

You can always use third party plugins which cover the desired features.
