First of all, we do recommend all to import the demo on a clean installation. You can for sure import it over your existing content, but we can not guarantee that it won’t be any conflicts.
As our demo content is made with page builder we cannot guarantee that your previous content is made with the same builder, so you will probably have to adjust your existing content to suit our themes demo content.
After you purchase our theme, you will get everything you see on our live demo and you can use all the content and adjust it by your needs.

i’ve purchased your theme 5 months ago. since 4 month i’m waiting for the update you’ve promised asap to adapt your theme to the wordpress update that happened right after i’ve purchased the license.
this was the answer to my support ticket: “We are aware of this issue and our dev team working hard to make a fix for all our themes (you will be notified via email when the new update is online on theme forest so you can apply this fix).”
any idea when your hard working dev team will finish this 4 month long journey to fix some bugs? or are you just waiting for my support license to expire?

Please try the suggestion from this article here. If the menu is not working after the installation of the plugin, go to Tools and select jQuery Migrate in your left-side WordPress dashboard menu. It will open the jQuery Migrate settings. Here in jQuery Version option just change to Legacy jQuery version and click save settings button.

If the mobile menu opener is not visible please check if you have set display location to the mobile menu. To do that, go to Appearance > Menus > open the menu you would like to display as mobile menu > set the Display Location as Mobile Navigation.
Furthermore, check if you have set the jQuery version in Tools > jQuery Migrate > to Legacy.

This is not the way to test responsiveness because with live window resizing you are not served with responsive scripts. The only way to test responsiveness is from an actual device, which we are doing when we develop our themes. Thank you.

Hi, I have discovered a bug with variation products when accessing it on Safari.
When I select a variation from the dropdown menu in the single product page, the screen jumps to the bottom of the page.
I have tested it out in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari, and it only happens in Safari.
Is there any way to fix it?

Anyhow, it is possible that something has not been installed/adjusted correctly, or it can be that some 3rd party plugin is causing this issue on your end.
Try to deactivate all of your plugins to make sure they are not causing this issue. If the issue goes away, then you can enable them one by one to find out which one is causing the issue.

Probably the issue you’re facing is because the Core plugin is not updated. So first thing you have to do is (using FTP) remove Core plugin and than you should be able to access your wp admin.
Since we did the major update of the theme, please follow the instructions for update in our documentation: https://neva.mikado-themes.com/documentation/#getting_started_updating_neva Also, when you’re updating theme you will have to perform these steps: Remove our Mikado plugins (Core, etc), update the theme (like it’s explained in documentation) and then install those plugins again from the dashboard. This way your will get the latest version of the theme and plugins that are included.

This is the error related to Core plugin or Restaurant plugin, it seems like some of those plugins are not updated. Since this is the major update and we changed some parts in our Mikado plugins and you have to perform update like we explained in previous reply. Basically, there are few things that you have to do and that is: 1. Remove Core plugin and Restaurant plugin using FTP from wp-content/plugins 2. Then update the theme by following those steps from documentation 3. Install new versions of the plugins and activate those plugins using dashboard. What you are seeing are most likely not errors, but just warnings and notices. It looks like you are adding shortcodes inside Text block. Please, try to add shortcode on a blank page. And also, before that, just deactivate all third party plugins. Let us know how it goes. Thanks

The background images are blurry on mobile chrome browser. How can that be fixed. All other browsers are fine with bg images.
