Looking at the Live Preview option of this template, when I switched to compatability mode for Internet Explorer (using IE9, but courios what other versions would see) I noticed two concerns.

1. The flexslider images didn’t load, just loops loading. 2. The dropdown menu items seem to index lower than the page content which makes the hard to see and use.

Is there a way to correct this?

Thanks and awesome template!

No offence, but I can’t fix the issue because that issue doesn’t exist. I can’t reproduce it on IE9 in developer mode and basic IE9 so I can’t fix it… If you want to know, I really test my themes before release on all major web browsers and IE9 is one of these browsers. ;)

OK, must be an issue with ie compatability viewer, because I just used a machine with only IE8 installed and AS YOU SAID, it works fine. So, kudos for you and again, it is an awesome template.

Thanks. :)

Goodday, Can you tell me which font you used for the Nevia logo?

Thanks you very much, officialRNR

Any suggestions for fixing the IE7 bugs?

Sorry, no support for IE7.

Is there any chance of getting the rest of the cart pages in .html format? I need cart and checkout etc.

Thanks in advance.

Hi, unfortunately I don’t have rest of the shop pages for HTML version.

If I bought the Wordpress version would it be easy to extract the HTML so I can use it in my own cart system?

If you have any knowledge about WordPress / WooCommerce then I think – yes.

The FlexSlider in Single Project is not working. Nor have the options that appear in the video. Is something missing?

Hi, please post your questions here:

Just a tip, as a was viewing this very vigorously to check all the features out i noticed the ‘regular table’ doesn’t look right on mobile portrait size, it cuts the right hand side off :)

It’s not fixable because it’s not possible to break words if they’re too wide. :)

Viewing my site on a desktop browser, I’m not able to see the main menu resize when I resize for smaller devices like phones, I just see vertical lines, although the rest of the content resizes just fine.

Also, my images aren’t showing up in the slider? I’ve put my image, sized correctly into the images folder and changed the name. (I tested with one image.) Looking at the layer slider section I see these in the index.html original file but I don’t find these in the css files: ls-s4, ls-2, ls-s1?

Glyphicons cannot be larger. Larger are font awesome icons (in Nevia are included 2 kind of icons).

Ok, I think I figured it out. Thx!

Layer Slider has been updated to 4 release. How can I get the latest update from you? the current layer slider that came with the theme is older version.

how can I use Vimeo and Youtube video in the Layer Slider? As the Layer Slider is capable of showing Vimeo and Youtube, hope you will guide me.

Thanks and best regards.

I’m not planning update for LayerSlider at this moment. Regarding video embeds, please read documentation before ask (Embedding Videos (YouTube and Vimeo) section). ;)

I was wondering how you can change the default title shown in the drop-down mobile menu. Currently, the default title shown (in mobile view) is “Menu”. I looked everywhere on how to change it, but for the life of me I can’t find it.

I just want to change “Menu” to “Navigation”.

Heh, you didn’t search precisely, it’s at the top of the custom.js:
    selectnav('responsive', {
        label: 'Menu',
        nested: true,
        indent: '   '

Hi Author,

I cannot make a Portfolio like this one:

Using built-in fancybox, can you please provide the exact syntax? In addition I still want to sort pictures but exactly like incredible does:

A number of category buttons, side-by-side. Can it be done with Nevia template?

Thanks so much for your help!

Unfortunately it’s not like that, I don’t understand why. Maybe I am missing some tag on the beginning of the portfolio?

Here is my code, just after the drop down one:

    <!-- 960 Container -->
    <div class="container">

        <!-- Portfolio Content -->
         <div id="portfolio-wrapper">

             <!-- 1/4 Column -->
             <div class="four column isotope-item v6">
                 <a rel="fancybox-gallery" href="/assets/images/gallery/motherboard.jpg" class="portfolio-item isotope">
                         <img src="/assets/images/gallery/motherboard.jpg" width="220" height="182" alt="" />
                         <figcaption class="item-description">
                             <span>OBJ import</span>

Alright, could you provide me a screenshot? I’m not sure what’s the problem. ;)

The website is not online yet. I will provide you a link as soon as I can…

Hello, I purchased this theme and am unable to upload it to Wordpress. I’ve tried using FTP and Wordpress upload. I’m receiving this error on WP “The package could not be installed. The theme is missing the style.css stylesheet.”

Thanks for the quick response. Is there a way to exchange this and pay the difference?

Hi, thanks for the amazing template! Is there any way I can get the slider to show as a static image in earlier versions of internet explorer or on mobile phones that don’t support the scripts?

If you’re asking about LayerSlider, I don’t know. It’s question to the author of LayerSlider. If you mean Flexslider, then it support by default browsers with disabled javascript.

Thanks so much for your reply! I’ll just use flexslider instead then.

You’re welcome. ;)

Hi Vasterad,

Thanks for making this nice theme! I have a problem when trying to incorporate the twitter account into the home page. Could you please let me know what modifications should I do? Thank you!

Why the Portfolio dropdown does not close automatically after selecting one item?

Add this to Portfolio Filters at the end of script in custom.js:

        $("#filters a").click(function() {

Thanks. FYI in Portfolio4 with some longer texts, it completely hides the first picture in the gallery. Please consider to add this as a permanent fix. If you release an general update, just let me knot.

I’ll take a look.

Our site will need to have a sign-in box. I didn’t see one in your template, do you have plans to create one (or any advice how best to create one)?

I’m not planning to add this one, but this might interests you:

Hello, apologies if this has been answered but I’m an trying to get the navigation dropdown selection to work int Tablet Portrait. I want it to look like the mobile portrait if posible. Thanks.

Hi, add this at the bottom of section Tablet Portrait Size:

    .js .selectnav {
        display: block;

    #navigation {
        width: 100%;
        height: auto;
        background: transparent;

    .selectnav {
        cursor: pointer;
        padding: 10px;
        margin: 0 0 30px 30px;
        float: left;
        font-size: 14px;
        width: 91%;

    .js #responsive {
        display: none;

Sweet! Thanks!

You are welcome.

Just started using the template and it’s really great! I am having one issue. I’ve placed in a logo which renders fine, except on the mobile phone and tablet (portrait) side the logo is distorted. It’s squashed. Seems to be happening when the framework starts to shrink and the site changes it’s structure. Please Help! You can see my page here:

Thanks, Michael

I can. Please shoot me an email at so I can send you a screen shot.

Thanks so much. Just emailed you three PNG files.

1.png ( full width – logo looks normal) 2.png ( reduced width – logo gets squished) 3.png ( really reduced – logo gets squished more)

Hello everyone, because the icons on the menu I can see them only on my pc? On the server you can not see … Help!

thank you very much, I solved the problem!

You’re welcome. :)

In responsive.css remove all media queries (tablet, mobile portrait and landscape). It’s not built in theme options but it’ll be on to do list before next update. ;)

I’ll try this tip. Thanks dude ;)

Sure thing, you’re welcome. ;)
