Hello, I was trying to find a way to contact support but no longer see that option unless I am missing something?
I seem to be having some issues with my current Magic theme. I was doing some updates and everything is working fine until I try to update to PHP version 7.4 I did contact my hosting provide and they tried to help the best they can but told me to contact either the theme creator or a Wordpress expert.
Everything seems to be working fine on version 7.3 but I do have some plugins that require 7.4 or higher. So, when installing the 7.4 version the website it self seems to work fine and can access that. But as soon as I log into the admin panel I get the critical error message and have no access to anything.
Please let me know if you have any ideas/input on this so I can try and get every up to date and working properly again.

The issue has been successfully resolved, and the PHP version has been updated to the latest release.
The problem was in WP_MEMORY_LIMIT
define('WP_MEMORY_LIMIT','1536M');

Hi there, I have updated latest version of Magic Mag and updated PHP 7.3 version and all pugin updated which I have used before , now the theme is not recognised to me while adding or editing any post. What to do to fix these bugs. If you look website, looks perfect while view but , how to get back the way we are used to add or edit post ?

I put in a request ticket back in Jan 2nd for a refund of a single license as I didn’t realize I had already purchased this but was not currently using it on the site. I also did a follow up request back on Jan 5th. I have still yet to hear back from anyone using the support system.

Hi, After a theme update, or maybe the Wordpress update, I lost access to the theme configuration. It’s blank. None of the options is available. I already tried to downgrade the theme, but still nothing. The site works fine, but without theme configuration, it’s hard to keep it updated. I bought the theme in 2015. I know I do not have support anymore, but the theme should work. Can you point me to a solution?

After updating, please Clear you blog cache if you use a plugin cache such as Wp Super Cache and clear the browser’s cache or hard reload the page ( for Win Ctrl+F5 or CMD+Shift+R on Macs), or simply try accessing the page with another browser that hasn’t yet cached the website.
There’s another problem with the theme: the widgets. Widgets do not expand when trying to edit (Appearance > Widgets), so it’s not possible do configure. I thought it could be a plugin conflict, so I disabled other potential conflicting plugins, but the problem remained. Then I made a new fresh Wordpress installation, version 5.5.1, and installed the theme, version 1.9.8. No additional plugins, nothing else. And the widget problem is there too.
