Hi, It can be removed with custom css to hide or diable the border under menu.

by adding following css in custom css section in theme settings:
.th-header:after{display:none;} .th-nav > div > ul > li{border-bottom:0;}.th-btnsearch:before{display:none;}.th-btnsearch{border-bottom:0;}
I added this, it’s working in editor mode.when log out from the wp-admin.again display that line.

I guess there will be a cache plugin installed. You will have to clear the cache from top bar in admin panel. Or you can disable the cache plugin from plug-in management page.
