Version 9, broke our site, days later 9.0.1 is released still no fix... the support page is swamped. They must have dodgy reviews going on to keep the rating so high while everyone is complaining over the new update which broke everyone's site.

You face an issue with our theme that can easily be overcome by installing the plugins via ftp and increasing your memory allocation as specified by the theme documentation. I bought the theme a year ago and since then it is filled with bugs and errors that make my life as a webmaster difficult.
Their latest release (V9.0) was the cherry on the pie. Nothing (literary) works. TD Plugins can't be installed, the theme has become very slow, the errors and the bugs have multiplied and as a webmaster I feel that everything is falling apart.
These people seem to not understand that WE ARE LOSING MONEY when our website's are not up and running smoothly.
Do not buy from them ever. You have been warned.
