Hello, I am very disappointed by this theme … I bought it because it was mentionned it was working with Elementor. In the end, it’s providet with its own builder (Beaver Builder mixed with vamtam, which isn’t bad but isn’t AT ALL what I thought I’d paid for. Being very comfortable with Elementor, I feel like I have to start from scratch, wasting a lot of time. Secondly, I had major problems with the theme installation. A fatal error related to the booking plugin, which is obsolete and caused the whole site to crash. I had to reset everything, and I avoided reinstalling this plugin. Errors here and there with code that seems to be incorrectly installed. The theme is nice, but I’m going to spend at least double the time correcting + making my page templates.

I can’t get the slider revolution demo content, even though I clicked the import button several times, it also says that the content has been imported, however when I navigate to slider revolution, the content is not found, is there any way to download it in some link to import it manually?

When will you update the theme on Envato Elements? What about the Beaver Builder Update Problem? I see in the comments, that we are not the only customers with that problem. Update Beaver Builder and bang, site is down.
Hi, both Envato Elements and Envato Markets have access to the same theme version released in December 2002 4 months ago. We are not aware of any issues related to it. Regards: VamTam

Just joking. Please update – the latest version on elements is Version 14.5 (just downloaded it again).
You should try to update Beaver Builder (lite) on your theme and you will see the result.
You are abolutely correct. Sorry about that. We haven’t uploaded the files in Themeforest, only changed the Changelog. Houverer after checking the changelog I don’t see cahgnes related to BB so probably the update won’t fix your issues.
Nope it wont fix that BB problem, but I have seen you have updated some Woocommerce templates. Thats why I am asking. The other thing is: What did you do to Beaver Builder? Why cant we simply update it. Is it your very own special version? If you are updating it, it crashes the site. Would be great if you could correct this.
There was an issue with one of the BB version a few months ago but if you are running the latest, BB, theme and plugin version you shouldn’t have updating issues. These are the versions you need – revslider/revslider.php 6.6.10 vamtam-elements-b/vamtam-elements.php 1.23.0 vamtam-importers/vamtam-importers.php 2.15.0
Also to rule out conflicts with third party plugins, deactviate theme when you update the theme and when updating bundled plugins. Also always update the plugins one by one thus you will easily determene which one cases issues. Regards:VamTam

Hi, I bought this theme around 5 years ago and the client was really happy at the time, as was I. Over the last 12 months or so, things have slowly started to “break” resulting in my development team not wanting to complete updates due to the site “breaking”. The latest one was this week where the “Portfolio” of Case Studies stopped showing. It has disappeared and I have no idea why as no updates were completed. My developer copied the live site to a new location and added the latest available version of the theme. With that copy, the “portfolio” of case studies is missing. My support has expired but if this is something you can assist me with, without having to replace the theme, I will happily renew my support with this theme. Just looking at the latest comments, I am slightly concerned with where the them and the updates are going. Thanks in advance.
Hi there, you don’t need a support license to report a bug. Please open a ticket providing ftp and admin credentials – support.vamtam.com . However if the issue is related to third party plugins or configuration and it is unique to it you need a valid support license to continue with the tests. Note also that extending it will note change the scope of the support we provide and we may not be able to help you if the issues you have are not theme related. Regards: VamTam
This theme should not be listed on theme forest any longer for technical reasons.
I can see people losing clients for the same reason I will probably loose one soon. This theme is so totally unstable, that I cannot even update the beaver builder plugin at all and have to revert to backups to fix it! I have had to take timeline backups of the website every time I want to do something as simple as updating the builder plugin.
At the time of reaching out to VAMTAM, I was told that they could not do anything and not to install any other plugins or it would crash. I now cannot even install Google site kit which is an essential plugin for owning a website. This was after having to completely re-build the website as it happened whilst it was being originally populated with LOTS of content.
Comment by the publisher such as “contact our support team” are just to hide behind closed doors regarding their inability to fix the problem at all. There is a major problem with this theme and even they don’t know how to fix it.
I will likely loose one of the best and most lucrative clients that I could have ever hoped to have gotten, unless I completely rebuild their website without them knowing using something more reliable from a publisher more reliable than VANTAM.
I don’t cared that my license for this theme is out of date, you had your chance to fix it and you did not. So you deserve to be told and so do potential customers of yours.
shame on you for even selling it still knowing what you definitely know.
News to me, someone even spoke to beaver builder who said it was VAMTAM’s fault (“VamTam Elements B plugin.”), but you must not know what you are doing to not fix it.
This teaches me that themefores.net is not to be trusted to sell trustworthy themes and buyers should question the quality of all theme creators on this website, as no one is policing it AT ALL.
I am absolutely gutted. My faith in humanity is declining daily. You had one job.
Hi there, I am sorry for your experience. I don’t find a ticket open by the user – b2bcreative, what is your ticket number? We don’t provide support here as 1. the support team can’t have access to this board 2. This is a public forum and you can’t provide sensitive information like admin / FTP credentials. 3. There is no way to track the communication when you have 60000 clients. What you say is a bit weird but it is hard to comment prior to seeing the communication with the support team. To randomly associate my honesty based on facts as “weird(ness)” is baseless. There is nothing weird about complaining, is there? You have had the chance to fix my website which is built with your theme and from the look of the other people’s comments on here, you had your chance with theirs too(and didn’t/couldn’t).

I am having to re-address this now, as the contact at my client’s has changed, and he has noticed there have been no analytics on the website, and the difference in my concept draft vs the reality which is a poor version due to my inability to add almost any third party plugins. Google, Yoast, etc. third party plugins is a bit of a stretch of the imagination in terms of their poor quality and compatibility to the norm, when the publishers of these have more than 60000 users.
I see now My colleagues have already explained this 8 months ago but I am compelled to post it here. 1. We don’t support your site, we only support our product – the theme and bundled plugins. The theme is a small part of your website. You have Hosting, database, Domain, Caching, SEO, SSL configuration etc. 2. We don’t support third party plugins. You are free to use any of the 50000 + available but in case you run into issues we can’t help. I am not aware of any author offering this. If they do that I can only admire them They somehow managed to test that many plugins. Regards: VamTam

The fact is that other people in these comments agree that your theme breaks easily and has conditions of use not expected by the themeforest.net buyer community.
If I update beaver builder lite plugin (which is what you chose to add to the theme)... BOOM! website breaks, re-install timeline backup. If you mess with jetpack plugin BOOM! website breaks, reinstall timeline backup, don’t update it.
I have a website I cannot update with only the bundled products you supplied in it now. how do you explain that as not being your responsibility from what you have said???
I also feel compelled to reply in kind to your numbered bullet points:
1. The website is the theme, WordPress is the platform and content is supplied by your demo and edited to fit the clients needs (text, pictures, video etc). you are splitting hairs to try and distance yourself from your responsibility as support contractors under the themeforest.net agreement. I use one of the best hosting providers under the sun (this was not what I had aask for support for nor asked you to address. Database, populated by installing Wordpress/the theme by your demo content, it is your responsibility as paid support. domain, silly to even mention. caching, more to do with the speed and performance. SEO, silly to even mention. SSL configure, silly to even mention.
2. Support of third party plugins!? you pre install revolution slider (you didn’t build this), Beaver Builder (you didn’t build this), to say you have no responsibility to build a theme that supports at least the top 50 plugins to work is not acceptable.
But I digress. This theme is the only 1 out of hundreds (even some other from you that I have purchased), that is faulty. you need to fix it or remove it.
Good question, now that I have had to completely rebuild the website (after you couldn’t help me with the problem the last time), and it is only built with your bundle of plugins why don’t you offer to fix the problem?
Let me start by apologizing and saying that clients are always right. You seem to invest a lot of time posting here, yet you are unwilling to cooperate and show the support team how to see and recreate the issue. The moment they ask you to deactivate the plugins that don’t come with the theme and Custom Code, you are gone. If you are so sure the theme is faulty, my advice is to reach out to Envato. The theme will be disabled until we fix it. I bet they won’t be able to recreate it locally as well, and it will turn out it is unique to your installation, and you will get the same reply that the authors only support their products, not your site… After checking all the tickets related to the Nex theme in our Help Desk – they are just the average number relative to sales. I don’t find anything concerning. Here are stats from all themes from 78000 tickets for the last ten years. Nearly half are related to issues after updates – mostly not updating WP, theme and plugins simultaneously or conflicts of those new versions with third-party plugins. When there is a REAL bug coming from the theme we usually get a lot of tickets within a brief period. This is not the case with the latest version of this theme.
I thought about what you just said and thought “is it me, am I wrong?”. Then I went back through the comments in this comments section and it seems that it is fraught with similar complaints. If you look back far enough, you will see that I did explain I had deactivated plugins and updated the ones you said to. Nothing came of it.
It says in the backend to update to 14.5. should i press the nuke button (i mean update) and see what happens?
...or are you going to actually investigate the problem?

Regarding “Fraught with similar complaints ”, I only see 4 for the last year out of our 2000 clients You can do the math. Besides, I don’t find them similar.

I will rebuild the website myself using elementor. You have proven to be of zero worth to hard working professionals trying to help businesses get on the web. Do you think I or anyone else came here to complain trying to con you (out of what i don’t know), or is it because you conned them/me?
- Don’t buy this theme, you’ll end up losing clients.** Vantam built a theme trying to sell their own version of beaver builder (which is broke) thinking they could somehow corner the market on wordpress website builders. (hey guy, how do you like this emoji).
Even beaver builder themselves (you can read in these comments from another poster), are sick of you. Why did you change to building your themes with elementor? all your themes built before the change should be scrapped.
Here we go again. At the moment you have to show us the problem and you back off. A smiley face isn’t a serious reason. You are making serious claims that we sell a broken theme and trying to dissuade potential clients from buying it. We can’t take it easy. However, if you want to put some weight on your claims at least let us or Envato see the issue.

Hi there, I’m confused about the Elementor support. It is stated in the description that it supports Elementor, but it is built with Beaver Builder? Is it possible to create the same as the demo sites with Elementor (out of the box) or not?
For clarification: I’m a fan of Elementor, but not so much (at all) of Beaver Builder.

Hi there, the demo content is built with Beaver Builder. We don’t have Elementor Based demos. Indeed the theme is compatible with Elementor and you can built new pages/layouts with it but it looks to me you need the demo content as well. So this theme is not for you in this case. Regards: VamTam

Hi VamTam, your changelog says 14.5 is the latest version. What version is on Elements? As far as I can see its 14.3 and we are little afraid to update because of the beaver builder problems we are reading about here.
