Is there a way to have more blog posts show? It only displays 15 with no “next” link or arrow buttons at the bottom.

I originally loved the design, but I was moreso really excited about the customer service policy. I am still hoping Christine will be able to help me, but I have gone almost half the year waiting for her to respond to my emails (I have followed up 3+ times!).

If so I replied to your ticket 2 days ago and then you replied stating you would move on to a different theme. You gave me one day to reply which was a weekend. I try not to work weekends like most people. You need to understand that I’m not going to be answering support questions 24/7.
I’m sorry support has been slow but it is optional for me to supply and you were asking to customise the theme which is not included in support but I still supplied it free of charge.

I feel like there has to be a glitch in messages received and sent.
I have been emailing you about the same issue and request since October of last year. I provided the details three times and then with my hectic schedule could not continue to email. I followed up again in January, and I followed up again in the middle of last week to no response.
By the weekend that was the second time I contacted you in March. And I believe, justly so, that I had a right to be frustrated—I had to go searching around for additional ways to get in touch with you because I was so confused why you hadn’t responded for so long.
Furthermore my main request is something that is not customizing. I bought a theme for Tumblr and Tumblr video will not appear on my blog. I have had this problem since installing. As a customer I would certainly think that falls under support.
Also I have not received any responses from you other than this one, not sure where the response you sent 2 days ago is. This tsite sends to an email I don’t use (though I have been checking it in hopes you somehow sent something to this email), so please contact the email I have been sending your emails from.
I understand that customizing is something that you offer as an extra perk—I think that is a great quality about your themes and that is why I chose one of your themes in the first place.
I am a very reasonable person and I would like to continue to use your theme, but I need the Tumblr video fixed and I would really appreciate your help in fixing the layout of my blog.
I would never ask for 24/7 support from a person, but I would hope, assuming this is a main business for you, that I could get a response within a few days.
I hope to hear from you very soon so I can know which route to take.

There must be an issue with the email I’m sending my replies to then.
I sent a reply on March 22nd, 2014 at 1:11pm and then again on March 24th at 11:50am. I’m sending it to your gmail email address, not sure if you want me to post it here. Could you check your spam folder for me?
It’s strange because you have replied to some and then don’t to others and I also get blank messages from you. Could you try sending a test email to support@wildemedia.co.uk and then I’ll reply to see you receive it. Once you get it reply here or to the email so I know it is working ok. Something may have gone askew in the email thread we have going.

So strange, I don’t have any record of the emails and nothing in spam (I have been checking every day)—I definitely think there is an issue with the emails going through.
I will email you a test from the gmail account connected to themeforest and hopefully that works better.

I would have thought my support system would tell me if there was an error sending. I just reply to the messages I receive so maybe your account blocked them. I’m not entirely sure. Very strange.
