Hi, I’m having a lot of issues with the slider on the home page just not displaying.
Sometimes it works, but most of the time it does not display…. it’s a large white clear space?
I’ve simply edited one of the existing demo sliders and used a different YouTube video….
Any ideas?

Hi, Really like the 9Studio theme, it looks great! I was just checking whether I needed to update the theme version. My installed theme in version 3.1.9., what is the current version number? I have added the Purchase Code on Insight Core as instructed on https://thememove.ticksy.com/article/13943/, but it does not update to any new version, so still at 3.1.9. I am wondering what I should do to update to the current version (whatever that is)? Thanks Richard

Sorry, bad news… Sorry to report: The update does NOT fix the footer logo (though it does allow the copyright to be edited at the very bottom). You changelog states that this is fixed, Note: I deinstalled theme, reinstalled latest. I deinstalled InsightCore, reinstalled it. I cleared cache, used private browser, cleared all, used dev tools. But there is no way to update the logo in the footer—any workarounds?
The update fixed the copyright issue, it is now reachable and editable via the Customizer. The logo in the footer does not update nor change when it is the Homepage. The logo DOES update in the footer for all other pages. This may be a good indication of the issue. Do you have a workaround?

I can confirm that by removing the old version of the theme included plugins, it becomes possible to update to the later versions, ie, for WPBakery, Revolution SLider, etc. BUT, THERE IS NO WAY to update Insight Core. You state that v 2.2 is now available. I have v. 1.7.7. SO, I cannot update the copyright, and column 1 of footer is uneditable, etc. I believe these issues will be fixed once I can update Insight Core plugin. BUT that plugin won’t update. Please fix your theme download? Thank you. This is urgent. NOTE: I can see today’s date for the InsightCore plugin, but it is the OLD version that was “updated” and not the new one. You may have a remote path that is calling the old version. Please triple check and fix, so I can update InsightCore and get the footer copyright and other items fixed. Thank you.

Hello, please note I updated theme first, followed process for updating plugins. BUT did you know your Changelog is not right? The fresh download yesterday is THE PRIOR VERSION. The download is NOT 3.2.9. It is 3.2.8 – this is why InsightCore is 1.7.7 and not 2.0. SO footer still broken. Please tell Envato Market to load your latest update for downloads.This was a crazy situation. SO, you are saying that the version 3.2.8 is the latest, NOT 3.2.9 as you state on your changelog. But your changelog mentions that version 3.2.9 fixes the footer problem. I still have the footer problem. I BELIEVE YOU ARE VERY MISTAKEN. I downloaded the installable package AGAIN, THIS MINUTE. LOOK AT THE VERSION NUMBER ON THE STYLESHEET. I have sent it to you via email.
Maybe it is a language problem. You have the older version, NOT 3.2.9 in the download installable file on the Envato tab. I download just the installable file. MAYBE you downloaded the full zip file, and MAYBE that has the latest version?? I have been using Envato products for over 15 years. I know what I am doing. Also see Screenshot of today’s download, proof of date, today, and sent via email.

Thank you, very much, I know this was frustrating for both of us. But now the latest version is available and my download was successful, and maybe you can report to Envato that their uploader had an issue. I am sure this will help others as well. For anyone else with the question, simply delete the old plugin version and you will be able to install the new ones. 
You should delete the plugins and then update with the new version of the plugin. That’s why the plugins are bundled with the theme, so, you don’t need to pay extra for plugins.
