You have a plugin conflict with the latest version of EasyDigitalDownloads 2.11.1 plugin. Your theme plugin ‘ThemeREX Addons 1.6.40.4’ breaks EasyDigitalDownloads so that when a user pays for a download, they cant download it via the link in emails/confirmations. is there anything we can do?

theme works well, shop works, however the my account page on woocommerce does not, so clients can not see the virtual products they have bought https://lifeonline.guru/my-account/ it seems the theme has disabled it or has a conflict with a plugin i cant trouble shoot, a clean install with only the theme activated does not have a working account page either

Hello ! I’ve just purchased this awsome theme but I have a problem with a bundled plugin. It seem to the essential grid plugin doesn’t work or I didn’t find a way to deal with it. Essential Grid appears on the WP side barre in the back office. I can see the presets grids in the plugin menu. I see the essential grid in the page edition but nothing appears on the web site. Only empty spaces on the pictures locations. Can you help please ? Thank you
