Hi @WooRockets! Early this week, woocommerce released a critical security update in v5.5.2 and I noticed that your Nitro theme is not yet claiming compatibility with WooCommerce v5.5.2. Can you please let us know if we can safely upgrade to that version of woocommerce and not experience issues with Nitro or the packaged plugins that come with Nitro?? Its critical we update our site ASAP but dont want to mess with anything until you confirm compatibility! The highest installable version of this theme is WordPress 5.5.x, correct?

all your competitors have updated their themes according to higher versions of wordpress, but you still offer version 5.5. You want to talk here by giving people a support link. I do not want this, please provide proper service through this system. You are not working enough. Your rank drops over time. I hope you don’t realize this

The Nitro theme doesn’t support the Elementor, it just works with WPBakery Pagebuilder only

This theme is to be used ONLY as it is shown in the demos. Expect nothing more or nothing less than exactly what you see.

With nearly 5000 sales this theme should still be supported and you should answer questions here about updates as that is where we get them from. Not a private ticket that doesn’t tell anyone else what is going on. I will just assume the theme is dead and move on myself. In whatever you do you should at least be honest and open. It’s a shame because clearly there is a lot of talent in there.

I have bought the two themes at the same time – Porto and Nitro. The Porto developers have released the updates continuously since then but Nitro developers seem to have stopped the updates for this theme as such is cannot be recommended. It is really unfortunate. It was a wonderful theme but lack of support and updates have marred it. I think the developers of Nitro have stopped the web development or don’t bother or care for the 5000 customers who have bought it.Sorry to say no script is worth buying if it stops updates here.

Hi, my site puntowrestling.it doesn’t show up nitro icons after update. Whay I can do? When I edit setting in the customizer it works fine and I can see the icon and also change the icon set. When i go to the live site I see an empty square instead of icons
