Great theme, however, the update schedule is behind. They do not seem to keep up with Woocommerce updates which is the whole reason for using this theme.

Hi,

Thanks for your feedback, the "Great theme" point is true.

But the Woocommerce part is need to clarify a little bit that we still support and update the theme to fully compatible with this plugin, however, it's not stable at the moment and keep release update, so we need to wait till the stable version to update the theme following that.

Please kindly consider when you update the theme and woocommerce, it suddenly releases a new update (with minor changes), that's make you feel that we don't keep up.

Anyway, the Nitro theme functions still works normally and fully compatible with the Woocommerce latest version at the moment, nothing to worry about it beside the confusing compatible message from the Woocommerce plugin

WP Nitro Theme is full of bugs and there are important functions that you cant up-date if you dont buy full licens for scripts like WPBakery. The theme is NOT fast loading because its have lots of 3.rd party connections and images loaded remotly. WP Nitro Theme have also lots of old files that dont support lates version of WooCommerce

Hi,

Thanks for your feedback but unfortunately, some points are totally untrue:

1. The License for 3rd party like WPBakery Pagebuilder NEVER included in the theme (not only Nitro but any theme in the market), so you will need to purchase that 3rd party license to use their PREMIUM features.

However, the Nitro theme features don't need that PREMIUM features and included the plugins, just need to activate the plugins to use and achieve the exact result with the Nitro Demo pages.

2. "Fast" is something out of the theme ability because it depends on different points like server, contents, images, 3rd party plugins, script... which no one can't guarantee.
But we do have optimization suggestions for the customers through our support system.

3. Did you update the theme to the latest version yet? It's fully compatible
If you see any messages, we can confirm it won't have any effect to the Theme functions.

Finally, we are willing to provide support and assist through our Support System, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Absolute rubbish half the things don't work as they should outdated plugins with no way to update. Nightmare when it comes to woocommerce most of the layouts are a complete joke and either run out of the boxes or off screen.

Don't buy this Unless you want to spend 2 weeks like I have adding near 1500 lines of custom css and removing components and re-adding things and trying to get it nice for desktop and mobile. Don't even know why I have bothered to be honest probably end up switching to something better in a few months.

The theme has outdated plugins rubbish design and outdated templates clearly the developer has made his money and doesn't care about this theme the documentation is also rubbish and extremely vague when it comes to some parts.

Regarding other points, we totally DISAGREE because our demo sites work fine and other customers don't have any problem with their layout and the document.

Also as you said you adding many custom code to customize the theme so the problem might not from the theme itself, because after installing the Sample data, if the theme has the problem you surely see it rather than adding your own code to mess it up.

A) The Good
- It comes with a couple of nice layouts and some nice effects, like image effects or woocommerce icon sets.
- It has a good speed as a theme
- It has some popular plugins as addons

B) The Bad
- This theme is to be used ONLY as it is shown in the demos. Expect nothing more or nothing less than exactly what you see.
If someone wants to do customizations or changes to the theme, this might be very difficult or just impossible. And when i am talking for changes, this can be a simple php script or a woocommerce or wordpress plugin, even a very popular one.

- Moreover, neither WooCommerce Shortcodes nor any other Plugin Shortcode works (from the 4-5 i tested0, because the team behind this Theme has done many changes to the initial code which is used specific for the needs of this theme.

Thanks for your feedback, we can agree with some of your points but this rating point is a little bit poor and not exactly tell the true for us since we do nothing wrong here.

It's true that the theme just supposes to work exact how it show on the Demo pages, we advertise a product and it works exactly that way even better. What else the Customers need when buying a product?

For you customize needs, this is something out of the product support scope and ability even out of Themeforest policy. The product can cover all the customize requests that out of the demo, please consider this will bring to many problem for the maintenance and functions if you update the theme in the future

> That's why we don't encourage the customize and custom code for the product. It should simply works on the product it's own.

You have all the time to check all the demo before deciding to purchase the product, so it should match your needs from the beginning, but then you ask for customize and giving a poor feedback?

Finally, not all the customers need the customize like that, we have many customers that happy with the product and satisfy with the way it works like you point. So we don't have to say sorry here because this is how a product should work.

Although aesthetically I was drawn to this theme, I've had so many issues with it and its support since I started using it a few years back. While they do have support, their forums are very difficult to navigate--they haven't even fixed their own forum search (it ALWAYS returns no results even if there are results)--and they often reply to my support requests without having fully read or understood the issue, which leads to several back and forths and usually ends up with no solution. I realize part of this is an English language issue, and I'm willing to be somewhat patient with language barriers, but I've lost so much time trying to fix things here and there. The theme is also not particularly fast. I really wanted to like this theme, but I've now lost so many hours.....

Thanks for your information and we happy that we collaborated for a few years already.

However, there are some points that we CAN'T AGREE with the feedback because it doesn't show the true quality of the theme.

The Forum doesn't have anything related with the product or support because we are using a 3rd party support forum script and we can't manage it's problem, we still request the support from that provider on this.

About the Support, as you said, there is a problem with the language since the way you explain is not quite clear and missing information, please kindly consider there are many other Feedbacks that the support is great right in this Review section so is not totally come from our side and you didn't tell that when your question is clear, you get the support correctly..

Regarding the issue you had, it mostly comes from your customization works and 3rd party intergration which almost out of the Theme support, a few years for the Nitro theme running on your site correctly from the beginning should be considered as well.

Moreover, with our long time collaboration and satisfy support like that, just one time unhappy and you rate us like this is something that we don't desersed at all.

This theme is calling unsecured images and there is no way to remove those requests from your page because the requests are embedded in some css or js file which very hard to locate.

Just visit to any demo and right click on page, go to inspect page, go to console and you will see a lot of http requests which makes your website to look not secured.

Thanks for your feedback, we will redirect all our demo images to HTTPS asap.

However, after you install the theme and Sample data on your server, it needs to manage from your side then.

You can easily change it by using the SSL content fixer plugin:

Or just replace the demo images with your own images, surely you won't use the Demo images on your site so this is not a problem anyway.

It's the same on any theme in the market, the images are managed by the users their own and this is not a quite Bug or Secured matter anyway.
