I found an issue when browsing text-video-background.html on a mobile device.

When browsing the website on an iPhone with Chrome or Safari, the menu bar disappears when you start to scroll down the webpage. The menu bar turns white and the logo disappears and there is no menu option.
I thought maybe the problem was with my HTML files, so I deleted everything and uploaded the stock files that I downloaded from ThemeForest. Even when I upload text-video-background.html and rename it to index.html and try to browser on mobile, the menu bar STILL disappears.
When I browse the preview on mobile device the menu bar disappears too: https://preview.erilisdesign.com/html/noli/text-video-background.html

Any idea why the menu bar disappears on mobile? If I shrink my desktop Chrome browser down, the website is responsive and thinks it’s mobile. The menu bar displays PERFECTLY when I start scrolling down the website:
