Most of the plugins need extra licenses, so many bugs trying to fix it has been so difficult

2 weeks I asked some questions. Till now no reaction....

Documentation could be better. Template working now. Not thanks to the supportteam!

Only thing i wanna now for now. How can I add whatsapp sharing button to blog articles...

The more I'm using the theme, the more I realize the limitations. Many of the internal plugins have very few configuration options, a practical example, and not being able to choose the ordering of events.

The documentation is quite poor and does not explain exactly how to use the plugins.

Also I have been waiting for 3 weeks for a response to a bug that I reported on their forum, after a first response, the assistance has disappeared ...

One last consideration, but this is my personal taste, the choice to use wp-bakery makes editing pages even more difficult.

While the theme is great with many options, they deserve a 5-star rating for the customer support quality alone!

whole theme structure is crystal clear and able to figure out flow very easily.

The template is intuitive and flexible - was very easy to help create a custom site for a local mayoral candidate in no time.

More importantly, the support is fantastic. I'm in the middle of making some important tweaks with one of the designers, and they are working hard, with fast response time to make it happen. I am very grateful for this.
