ThemeArc is the worst author we have brought the theme from. Even though there are bugs in the theme, the author still claims it to be bug free. The bad part is that ThemeArc just ignores the proofs / details that’s shared to replicate the error (just saying that he needs to see the live website) – how can a live be shared when it’s not completed? And, now he (Usman) has gone and closed the ticket without even communicating further.
@themeforest should probably remove such arrogant authors & items from the platform. Never had such a problem before in my 5 years of using the platform.

More than 6 days now and you have not replied, i have purchased your theme and have issues with it, your service is poor, please if you were not going to help out with the theme, i don’t think you should put it out there, i have issues that need to be resolved and no replies from you, no support… This is worse than having a good theme

Our Organization is not impressed with your service, you refused to answer or reply our tickets … for over 2 weeks since purchase…. we have practically been calling css and html coders to help edit it to our taste, and the errors we found in the theme esp since the home link in mobile does not take you to home… it keeps styling there like it has a javascript:void(0); ... now we are stuck again and you are not replying any ticket
what is the use of a good theme if you cant support us the customers even after purchase and collecting our money
