I like the templates. The designs are simple yet aesthetically appealing.

Perfect product

It's so painful to get rid of notify branding on all places around the template.

Excellent product, detailed documentation, and several YouTube videos (no sound - just easy to the point walk through).

cannot access to editor now, where is author?

Not working with mailster.. I did all the settings on mailster. its just sending raw notify order placed templates without adding real product in it... very bad...

For bugs and poor customer support.

This template is really annoying:
- a lot of bugs
- absolutely incompatible with MAILSTER (although the opposite is claimed)
- Very poor spam score

And for all the excess, the support you pay for is not able to respond to any of your requests.

This template really sucks. I run it on Mailster Version 2.4.9. The spam score is low. And there are bugs. After I clicked "save" or "update" the title disappeared at the editor. I sent it to two test email IDs. And it does not display properly in the email.
