I purchased this theme with high expectations (and 6 months of support) but my hopes instantly dashed post installation. Wizard doesn't work as advertised or as per support articles - demo content is not installed during Setup Wizard. I tried four times, no luck. So, I logged a ticket on their 'support' website https://support.gloriathemes.com - so far NO RESPONSE.

Well designed website, although it could use with being a bit more customization, the theme is very very locked into place and not much can be customized.

Excellent support but some shortcomings that should be specified at the time of purchase. Yusuf is very helpful and prepared.

Whenever we have had a problem, they have helped us solve it.

the main reason for this theme is the movie integration. which does not work. the editor for it freezes in all browsers and opportunely they know about it. so completely unusable for me, besides many other little bugs and the lack of PHP 8 - compatibility, this is annoying.
