I can see there is so many bugs in the theme. I have submitted the tickets which must be fixed by theme developers. I have submitted my first ticket on 29-April-2019 but I didn’t get any response from the theme developers. They are not providing any support.

Following are the bugs in theme : - Icons are not loaded properly. - unnecessary horizontal scrollbar appears until end-user scroll the page. Not sure I’d bother with the 12 month support plan. As someone who DID pay for 12 months of support and has 4 months left, I filed a ticket over a month ago because the favicon was throwing an mixed security warning. I updated the ticket three times since then but can’t seem to get a reply. Pretty good theme, but they are behind quite a bit on the WPBaker plugin, as well as some simple SEO fixes (such as making the Page Titles H1 tags by default). We’ve been mostly happy with this theme, but the support is what is ticking us off.
