Not loading properly wasted 49$ looking for a refund
I have messaged 1 month ago but didn't got any response, also the WPBakery Page Builder throwing a critical error and I don't have any option to fix that

There is no any plugins update...

I really like the design. Problem is a result of google speed test: Mobile=8/100
Installation instruction is wrong, does not match with the required number of plugins and the plugins come with the product. Documentation is poor. Data import makes garbage output on the screen. Could not install it . I installed many wp themes before. Never had any issue. Also they mention about installing a plugin to view the limits and that plugin is not available for use anymore. Documentation is not up to date.
Do not buy and waste your money.
I am having many crashes, the system is incompatible with the current version of wordpress. I have failed Visual Composer due to the updates not being given by the author.
I've used this theme on many of my sites with no issues for customization. Customer service is top notch.
Theme has major bugs and should be removed until these are resolved. Opened SEVERAL support tickets and ZERO response.
I love this theme but after I downloaded it, it's mostly blank and doesn't look anything like what I thought I was buying. I purchased on 2/11 and have opened THREE support tickets to try & get help to fix it but I still haven't received a reply. I paid $51.00 USD for this theme that supposedly has 6 months of "support" but I can't use the theme and support is nonexistent. I will have no choice but to request a refund if I can't get help to fix the problem soon. Esmet, if you're still out there....PLEASE help me! Pam G.
Loads way to slow on PageSpeed Insights. Even with added plugins. Dissatisfied.
Theme is good but customer support is not. It's 1 month I'm waiting for 3 tickets to get support and nobody answered.
This is not correct since I have payed for this service.
Super Theme. I really like all elements. The customer Support took a bit, but at the end we got all issues solve and I'm happy.
