Will the theme work with elementor and event calendar plugins?
Hello,
Nutrical theme created using WPBakery Page Builder. We created some special elements in this plugin.
So technically you can use the Elementor plugin but you will not get benefit of the extra elements that we created in WPBakery Page Builder plugin. Also you will not get same page content in Elementor.
For the Event Calendar plugin, yes you can use it and it’s working with our theme.

Do I need to buy WPBakery for this theme to work?
Hi,
No you don’t need to buy WPBakery Page Builder. We already purchased it so you don’t need to purchase it again. Just to make sure, you will not get any purchase code for the plugin as we purchased bulk usage license. So it’s legal to use without purchase code. Also we will provide latest plugin with our theme update.

Hello,
The Kirki plugin just released their new version v4.0.3 which has so many bugs. The bug effects our all theme. So we suggest you to revert back to the older version. The steps are very easy and it just takes 1 minute to solve the issue. We created video for the steps. Please see this video:

Hi, hoping someone can help. This is such a great theme which I’ve just updated as per the email I received and now ALL my template options are invisible. I’ve never used support before and don’t want to spend another $40 for something I personally haven’t broken and that used to work fine until the update 
Can anyone tell me where I might be able to fix this ‘invisible’ default template? I’d be super grateful. It’s invisibility is making life difficult. Thx

Hello, is it possible to hide or remove “imperial” system on BMI Calculator. I would like to leave only “metric” system.

Yes you can hide it easily. Just create a ticket on our support site and our team will guide you on this.
Also I like to suggest you one extra thing. We can make the “Metric” system selected by default. So users will see CM input by default. So they have both options and default option would be “Metric”. For this, please create a ticket on the support site.

Sorry for late reply. We missed this message to reply.
We are providing templates for different areas and you can customize it via child theme. Just copy the template file in child theme folder and edit it.
Also if you like to add your own PHP code on each page than I recommend you to try some plugin. You should edit php files only if you know php code.

I have bought the Nutrical theme and install via the Envato Market plugin as docs says. Everything is alright except the fact I can’t import any demo content like posts, pages etc..
Could you help me? I used Nutrical Wizard to install all the plugins and in the second step even the demo content. Unfortunatelly, there is no demo content.

I just found the solution. Edit the related page. At the bottom there are „Nutrical General Settings”. Switch to „Titlebar Options” and add an image under „Titlebar BG image”

For translation, you can translate it from POT file we provided with our theme. You can use POEdit software and translate using it. If still question, than please create ticket on our support site.

It is a Custom Post Type. You can easily change it. You just need to go Admin > Team Members > Edit team member and change it. If you need more details than contact us via our support site.

However, I have a problem, I cannot translate into Italian some tempa items such as the words written in the search engine input field (write search keywords & press enter) and other items that are by default in English. can you help me?

Glad to hear you like our theme. You can easily translate “write search keywords & press enter” keyword. Just go to Admin > Appearance > Customize > Nutrical Options > Header Options > Search in Header > change it from “Search input placeholder text” option.
For translate other keyword, This can be translated from POT file directly. If you are not sure how to do this than contact us via our support site so we will guide you on this.

Hello!
The theme is really good it was easy to setup and make everything working. However I needed to create web site in two languages so I decided to go with multisite setup (another language in subfolder)
I am having difficulties translating Read more link for Blog posts.
I know this is not covered under theme support, but would you be able to give me any directions? I would really appreciate any help.

I like the second demo overall, but would like to have the BMI calculator from first demo. How difficult would that be?

The BMI Calculator is VC element so it’s drag-n-drop element. It will take just some seconds to add on any page with any header. The content area is different than header area so you can add any element on a page.
Also you can use any page element on any other page with any header style. There is no limitations for it.
