Extremely difficult to use. No real documentation. Video out of date. Still trying to make a decent home page and it’s so difficult.

Author has promised and promised and promised an update is on the way, going on 18 months now. There has been no update and WP has certainly changed in that time.
Support is pretty terrible. Be aware you'll be purchasing old, outdated code that will require much configuration and tweaks to get it to even partially work in WP 5.0+.
A very good theme and a very professional support that helps quickly and efficiently. The developers are great!
Well, this is how Customer support is intended to be. I purchased this template because of it's flexibility, but then something didn't work anymore and they were so quick to help me out and over and over again with perfect communication by mail. Thanks a lot guy's I would surely reccomend you!
Looks good but it doesn't work.
Great theme. My only reason for 4 stars is a personal preference for Elementor over WP Bakery
After updating Nuvo template to last version, there were several issues that support could fix fast and efficiently.
Good theme and better support. ;)

Good theme and customer support.
I am seeing error on the theme demo "One Page".
Fatal error: Call to undefined function wpb_getImageBySize() in /home/grandanmol/public_html/wp-content/themes/wp_nuvo/framework/shortcodes/pointcarousel/styles/style-1.php on line 46
Can someone look into it, please.
