I’ve never had as many bugs on a site as i have with this theme. My woocommerce Templates are outdated. My site is extremely slow, it constantly breaks and i need to find a solution as to why.

I have disabled, all plugin and reactivated them one by one. I activate one, and it tells me there is a problem with another, and it becomes a circular exercise.

The theme stops working, and i have to switch between the parent and then back to the child to get it active again.

Kirki customiser has issues constantly and it need to be there for the theme.

Please can one of your team please assist and help me figure out what the issue is and where to go from here.

Both versions 1.0.8 and 2.0 appear to have outdated WooCommerce Template files which is very concerning for a WooCommerce Based Theme. Would like to get your review and updates on this situation.

Hello With update to​ 2.0 there is major error: 1/broken module on homepage duplicating image in block, all tentives to correct this vain 2/instagram does not work anymore…. any documentation about those 2 new bugs?

I bought the theme from you but the support has expired. I have updated your theme to the latest version but now the elementor NOVAWORKS WIDGETS are gone. Do you have a solution to this simple problem that is of great use to us?

Hi! Your theme looks nice. I am most interested in the Elementor possibilities. Are header/footer and woocommerce pages (like shop/single/archive/cart/checkout/my account pages etc) built with Elementor and easily editable through widgets in Elementor? I have two issues with the theme and hope you can help.

The first is that I cant get WooCommerce Mix & Match to work with your theme. It works perfectly with others just not yours. The issue is that it won’t allow you to add to the cart like it’s not updating the logic. This is my page with the issue: https://www.oschen.com/product/oschen-wash-bag/​

The second issue is that I have a dashboard banner saying about an elementor database update. When I click update though I get an error screen with this message. “Novaworks_Element\Widgets\Products::add_group_control: Group “query-group” not found.” I have tried using the Fix button in tools but the message is still there.

There is a big conflict between Novaworks plugin and elementor: when i discovered i was not able to modify homepage blocks i read some comments here and finally tested the desactivation of this plugin… now i can access some blocks that were totally blind in elementor admin… So far this template is a mess and i am really disapointed as it is really beautifull! If you add the fact that demo import is a mess too (imported blocks in home are not the same as online demo! some underline are misplaced…) i really wonder how you get a five star… I hope you gonna publish rapid update so i can keep this template for our project.
