I’ve recently tried to update the theme but it causes a critical error. I see that the newest version of Wordpress (and Elementor) is not supported. How can I resolve this problem? The site is actually partially broken (the menù doesn’t work on the pages except for hp). I’ve also tried to create a new menu (hamburger) but something go wrong. When I deactivate the theme the menu works properly.

Hi, to easy update theme without item support, to the following:
1) Install Envato Market Plugin: https://envato.com/market-plugin/ and activate.
2) On admin panel go to Envato Market -> Settings -> Generate an Envato API Personal Token -> Click on link -> Login to your Envato Account -> Checked “Permissions ( https://gyazo.com/8a94c801e8197207d3d37467aa8587fb )” on list -> Create Token.
3) Use plugin “Envato Market -> Themes” to install all future updates. (in a few clicks). Then, go to Appearance -> Install Plugins -> Update.
*If you have an error: “package is not available”, please, try the following steps:
- Go to Appearance -> Themes -> Activate any other default theme and click delete Oblo theme.
- Then, go to Dashboard -> Envato Market Plugin -> Oblo -> click Install.

Why elementor pro elements are not available even after activation
Hi, Oblo theme is fully built with Elementor Free version and our custom widgets. Elementor Pro is not required plugin for Oblo theme.
If you have Elementor Pro plugin version, you can use it. Oblo theme is also compatible with Elementor Pro plugin version.

Hi ! I’m very intrested about buying your theme for a client project but I have a question about filters and I didn’t found answers in the comments.
My client would like a website with 4 pages ( 4 pages with 4 differents gallerys like this page with filter :https://oblo.bslthemes.com/gallery-3-columns/ ) I wanted to know if it’s possible to have 4 independants filters (1 for each page showing only the prensents tags of the items in the gallery).
Maybe the filter show only the tags of the presents items in the gallery without any intervention?

Hi, there is not yet option to set videos for Hero Slider. In single portfolio pages you can set video via Elementor.
