My store does not look like the demo, and I cant seem to find how to change it. My shop page doesn’t have the product name and price showing like on the demo (you have to hover over products to see them), and the individual product pages have a sidebar and are formatted different. I’ve looked through the theme options but there isn’t much for shop styling. How do I fix this?

Please make sure if a caching plugin making changes on that elements (might be to converted to WEBP and structure altered), if so try to exclude element ID ”#logo-default”.

this will generate blurred background image of your featured image (in case featured image’s ratio not fit well).

- Now visit Appearance > Install Plugins
- Now from the list try to update the Visual Composer, Revolution Slider and/or Master Slider.
- Once upgrading process completed, don’t forget to activate your plugins back.

This is a very nice theme! But the demo has the following issues on mobile devices. Please can you tell me if these can be changed with options or fixed before I buy? Perhaps they are already fixed but the demo is out of date.
On shop page, you can’t view the product prices (woocommerce loop) without clicking the product, as it’s using a hover effect which can’t be done on mobile. Is there an option to have the loop displayed under the thumbnail as usual, so prices can be seen on mobile while scrolling?
On all product pages (and some other pages like cart, checkout etc.) if you scroll down the page, touching anywhere on the page will make the page scroll to the top. This makes WooCommerce unusable as the page keeps scrolling up (tested with Samsung Note 10).
This also happens on the shop page, contact page etc, if you touch anywhere in the footer (phone number for example) it scrolls up to the products, making it impossible to select the phone number or email address.
On the shop page you have to scroll down past the filters before viewing any products. Can the filters be moved to the bottom or minimised to a menu so they are not in the way?
Can the media player which shows on all pages be removed?
On all pages, the menu doesn’t open smoothly- it shows the first two items (home and news) and then half a second later expands to show the rest. It’s very ‘jumpy.
If you click ‘Search it opens the search field but the placeholder is massive compared to the rest of the menu text.
If you can let me know regarding these please that would be great.

A: Yes, its optional, deactivated on theme options panel.

A: Its a sidebar, could be moved to left or right, so we moved to right and now its shows after the listing on mobile devices.

Hi the visual composer is not working on the theme could you clarify how to get it up and running again because I see many people who are using this theme are having the same similar problem. All my updates are complete and all plugins are installed. But the visual composer is either gone or obsolete for this particular version.
