We have replied to your support ticket. Could you take a look.
After the issue that broke our website we wrote to the author for support TWICE and got no response whatsoever! We are very dissapointed and we bought two licenses. Such a shame!

Update - The Odrin theme is excellent. Clicked on this one, by accident, while dealing with another theme!
The demo you download is nothing like the one you see in their preview page. It is not the same result, it appears to be similar, but it is not what you get if you follow their image sizes suggestions.

Hello, could you tell us what is different? The demo has the same layout but as noted, the images are not included. Could you tell us what we can help with? The image resolutions of the placeholders that you see are the resolutions of the images that we used in the demo.
Not extremely easy to set up. At all. That was an out-and-out lie.

I have received good customer support in the past.
i have yet to receive a response from this seller and I purchased this theme months ago. There is absolutely no customer support. None whatsoever.

Do you mean the main image as in the online demo for the theme? Those are custom images that are only for the online demo. You would need to create or add your own images as they would reflect your own books and website. The home page in the online demo is created with the Unyson page builder - selecting the Section shortcode in the editor would give you the options to change the image.
As for the ODRIN heading, do you mean the one in the navigation? This is adjustable from Appearance > Theme Settings - there you can find styling options for the navigation. Either use text with Logo Name or add an image for the navigation with Logo Image.

Beautiful theme, but lazy and bad customer service:
1) they promise response time for 2 business days maximum, but I waited 3 or 4 days
2) they promise compatibility with WooCommerce and WPML, but products translation doesn't work properly - they forwarded me to WPML team, but why? You told it works in theme description, but then you said it's 3rd part plugin in ticket. So I have to do something if I need to solve instead of get support service, but as I know author should contact WPML team, find solution and contact me back. Because they guarantee compatibility in theme's description

Hello, sorry for having this bad experience. Have you followed the steps that we suggested you in the support ticket? Have you tried disabling all other plugins to see if it's an issue connected to any of them?
This is a fantastic theme for authors of any genre! Very flexible and customizable.
I've been using Odrin for a few years now, and I'm still incredibly happy with it. The design functionality is great, the aesthetics are amazing, and it's very flexible. My only complaint is that I can't actually uninstall plugins I'm not using (like the Mailchimp plugin), rather than having them present but inactive. I'm glad to see Odrin's still being updated and maintained. Great product!
It was great until I tried to set it up on the new site...the new download is corrupted...

This template is really good for authors. there is everything you need to start an author's website with sales.
Support is also fast and helpfull, but I just used it for some details.
Beautiful design and very fast support.
The theme is beautiful, highly responsive and so easy to cutomize ! Also, the staff at siteground installed everything for me, so all I had to do was to play with it. The creator of the theme responds very quickly when you have a question. The document is easy to understand and shows you step by step how to fully grasp the theme (and trust me, if I can do it, you should, I'm far from " good " with this kind of thing).
What I like the most is that you are not forced to sell your bookd on the website. With woo commerce, it's very easy to add a product without a price or anything, which gives you the means to use all the themes functionalities, even if you sell through afilliates (if you are in a publishing house, for example).
This theme will give you a pro website, without the enormous price you would normally have to pay for.
