The front end has major bugs.

Did'nt like it. Great front page, but blog features were confusing
If you are looking for a true drag and drop editor. This theme is not it.
It uses Page Builder by SiteOrigin which is dated, clunky and has a high learning curve (aka - not easy to use). I frankly find the basic WP editor easier to use than SiteOrigin.
If you are expecting something easy to use like WP Bakery, Elementor, Themeum, Thrive Themes, or Beaver Builder, then you best not purchase this.
I ended up deleting the theme after several hours trying to figure it out. If you are not specifically familiar with the page builder by SiteOrigin, you should steer clear. Super high learning curve and I am more interested in building a site than learning a dated page builder that is on its way out.
I know the developer will respond by telling everyone that SiteOrigin has over a million installations... but frankly html sites have millions and millions of installations and unless you are familiar with html, you best not buy an html site and think you are going to easily change it.

You actually told us that you simply weren't interested in learning how to use the page builder and that you deleted it "within hours of purchase". Are you sure you even tried it out? We judge your one-star rating to be retaliatory in nature and not based in fact. Not only does Page Builder by SiteOrigin have more than 1 million active installations, but that number keeps growing, and it also has nearly 900 five-star-ratings on wordpress.org (https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/siteorigin-panels/reviews/?filter=5), posted by happy users that love its concept, which is just different from that of some other page builders. Page Builder isn't dated, nor on its way out. It's in active development. We chose this plug-in because of its simplicity and speed and because we aren't fans of flashy and shiny but otherwise bloated and slow alternatives. And the WordPress.org community seems to agree. We acknowledge that you have a different opinion, but that's no justification for attempting to trash the work of Greg Priday, who with Page Builder by SiteOrigin has created an amazing and free page builder 0plug-in that as a concept still holds up to its competition. We stand by our choice to make it the page builder for Off the Shelf, and we wish you the best of luck with your future projects, and that you never encounter the kind of vindictive customer who, you know, gives you a 1-star rating on Christmas because you don't give him what he wants. Merry Christmas!
The theme is really nice looking, but there still seems to be quite a few bugs.

Really great for clean design that converts. I am from Denmark scandinavia, and for my audience, this kind of design works great.

Read this before buying this template, there is a serious issue when you are on mobile (responsive). As a user you expect to open your menu, tap any available option and go to the page or a certain location on your current page like any responsive theme. Well it doesn't work if you point to the same user page. You will end up in a wrong place. This issue is only on mobile but that's the basic and especially with a WP theme.
After writing to the support, here the answer:
''The feature, which we implemented for a customer, did work when we designed it; since it is not part of the theme's feature set though, we did not touch it since 2015 and have no current plans to do so.
The feature is not mentioned in the theme's user guide as it is not an official feature and likely never will be as Off the Shelf is not a one-page theme. We may also decide to remove it altogether.''

We are sorry to hear that the theme does not do what you had in mind. That said, none of what you describe has anything to do with responsiveness (how a page adapts to small screens), nor are there any other known issues with any of the theme's features we describe on our product page or show on our preview site. We explicitly do not market Off the Shelf as a one-page theme (there are several specifically for that purpose) and none of the demos we present on our preview site show a one-page design either. The experimental soft-scrolling feature you discovered and wanted to use that way was designed for a specific use case for one customer, not for what you had in mind. When we offered to make this work for your site regardless, as a courtesy, you simply refused to work with us and stopped responding to our support team.
This theme is epic but what is just as awesome as their quality product is their customer service. I had a minor question and the team at ShapingRain were quick to respond and provide detailed assistance without any hassle. I couldn't be happier with my decision to purchase. A++

The live editor makes it very easy to use. Aside from the ease of use, any assistance or help I've needed with customizing my site, the support team has been great!
I think once you get through building one site and understanding the back end and how everything is set up; this theme is amazing. I will be licensing over and over as a generic theme my agency uses.
