there is no option for message note on cart or checkout?

Hello, I am using the ofruity theme in shopify, and I would like to know how can I put a different side submenu in each of the product category pages, or how can I put different filters in each one of the product category pages.

For example, in the main menu I enter supermarkets and I want to filter the products by pantry, household cleaning, fruits, vegetables ….. but in the main menu I also have the category restaurants and I want to filter the products in fast foods, desserts, patisseries …

But when I organize the filters in the theme they are always the same filters for all the pages of main categories or collections. i need help please. thanks.
