Hi, because of GDPR, is it possible to deactivate Google-Fonts to embed the fonts locally?

with kind regards // Robert

Hi,

Sure, you can add the Custom Fonts locally to the theme. Please refer to the following article for instructions: https://boldthemes.ticksy.com/article/17280/

So, in your specific case, you should add your Google fonts as custom fonts using the method above, and replace all the font references within the site with the added custom fonts in theme settings or the page elements (such as headings).

Should you need additional support in the process, please submit a ticket at our support site – https://boldthemes.ticksy.com/ and our support team will be glad to assist you.

Hi! I have purchased the theme but images are not importing with demo. Is there any conflict with server or I need to increase PHP values?

Hi,

Please make sure that the php values are in line with the recommended setting is theme documentation: https://documentation.bold-themes.com/ohlala/getting-started/

If the issue persists, pleas submit a ticket at our support site – https://boldthemes.ticksy.com/ and our support team will be glad to assist you.

Yes, Already imported; but after site migration from one subdomain to main domain all the frontend and backend icons are missing. Not a good sign…

Hi,

Please inspect the JavaScript console or the network panel of Browser developer tools, it should provide a good indication of what might be wrong – usually the fonts can not be loaded due to a CORS issue or something similar to that.

If you can provide the link to the page with issue, we can take a look as well.

How do i show product categories on shop page?

Hi,

Thanks for the purchase.

Can you please tell us where and how do you wish to display the product categories so we can propose the solution? The theme supports all features of WooCommerce plugin, so if the WooCommerce supports the layout you need, it can be done out of the box. If not, you would need to use a third party plugin which enables your use case.

I have purchased 4 or 5 Wordpress themes from envato….but never has one required knowledge of CSS and didn’t have any premade template pages. I have done this process several times with other themes but I am completely stumped. Please advise, I have no idea how to use this theme….

Hi,

CSS knowledge is not required (but it can be helpful). You can start with demo import. From there, you can modify imported demo content. Please see our documentation here: https://documentation.bold-themes.com/ohlala/getting-started/#installing-demo-content

If you need any further assistance, please submit a ticket here, our support team will be able to help (even with some custom CSS if needed): https://boldthemes.ticksy.com/

Oh my gosh thank you so much for your quick response! Importing the Demo right now! Thank you thank you thank you!!

Hi, I’m considering buying this theme. But I’d like to know if it’s possible to set a page background as parallax?

Hi,

Sure, one section can have multiple rows and one row can have multiple columns. In addition you can place inner rows and columns within the columns.

Yes, you can set the z index of separate elements using custom css.

The referenced animation would be hard to achieve without a significant amount of custom markup, javascript and css.

Thanks, yes the example is super advanced. I only need a very simple version of one element going across the page. I downloaded the bold builder to test it with one of the wordpress themes and your demo pages. But can’t work out how to make the section full width in your builder. Your demo pages after import don’t show as they are in your demo. I tried twenty sixteen and seventeen. Do you have any documentation how to use this builder? I’m not sure if I should buy the theme if this is already difficult at this stage and I don’t want to customize the entire site with css because I need to at one stage hand it back over to the client so they can do updates themselves.

Hi,

The width of the sections depends on the theme you are using – the bold builder takes as much space horizontally as the theme templates allow it to.

Neither twenty sixteen nor seventeen allow for full width templates out of the box.

Try using twenty twenty – the inner content is allowed to stretch from one side of the screen to another.

Hello, I just purchase this theme and I’m having difficulty importing the BT import on my wordpress theme. When it reaches 46.1 , it’s not loading. I’ve tried it 5 times already and everytime it gets 46 , it stops. What should I do?

Hi,

We have approved your refund request – your hosting did not meet the minimal theme requirements unfortunately.

All the best,

Pré Sale Questions Is there any possibility to future updates to integrate with elementor?

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us.

We currently do not have plans to integrate Ohlala with Elementor.

Nice theme, I see it’s using Revolution Slider heavily. What’s the situation with the licencing for this now seeing that they have withdrawn from Evanto.

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us.

Our theme does not use Revolution Slider – it uses Bold Builder’s slider page element, so there will be no problems related to licensing.

My apologies, I actually contacted the incorrect author.

I have bought this theme and setup for my client. But We wanted to add a selection about city and neighbour for delivery. A developer told me that select2 does not work and it is related with your theme. Could you please help me about it?

I’ve sent it. Thank you

Hi,

Thanks, but we haven’t received the email – it is not in our spam/junk folder either. You can also use the contact form in the bottom corner of the sidebar on our profile – https://themeforest.net/user/boldthemes

Hi,

The problem is the following – your Wordfence plugin installation prevents ajax calls on your WordPress instance and that is why select2 dropdowns do not work as they should.

Each ajax call ends up in forbidden 403 response. When you deactivate Wordfence ajax calls work fine, so do dropdowns.

You need to check if you can configure Wordfence in a way that it allows access to /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php or to deactivate it altogether.

We have added the following to Additional CSS panel in Appearance > Customize

.select2-hidden-accessible{
    display:none;
}

so that the default select dropdowns controls are hidden and only select2 boxes are visible.

You need to add custom css to style them in line with the other controls, but that is another issue.

Should you need additional help in the process, please submit a ticket at our support site – http://boldthemes.ticksy.com/ and our support team will be glad to help you.

hi. i am trying to install this template kit into wordpress using the template kit import plugin but the installation is not going through.

can you please tell me how to install this template on my wordpress website? thanks.

Hi,

Thanks for the purchase. Ohlala is not a template kit, it is a WordPress theme independent of template kit framework and template kit import plugin.

Please find the detailed description of all the steps necessary to install the theme and import demo content within theme’s documentation – http://documentation.bold-themes.com/ohlala/getting-started/

Hi, I would like to purchase this theme, but have a couple of questions. 1. Can price be disabled in the shop. 2. Can you opt for different artwork to reflect on mobile 3. I love the layout but can you disable sections or swap them around?

Hi,

Thanks for contacting us.

1. The price can be disabled in the shop by using a third party plugin – there is no such functionality out of the box

2. Bold Builder has the option to set the visibility of individual page elements or sections on desktop / mobile resolutions. This means that you can completely replace the artwork or the entire section layout on mobile resolutions.

3. Sure, you can remove, add, move around, combine and modify existing sections. More or less anything you need.

Kind regards,

Hi! Thank you, I’ve purchased the theme. Do you have documentation I can follow to have the theme appear like the demo after installation. I wish to make slight changes on the demo. Currently appears with with wordpress default layout.

Hi,

Thanks for the purchase.

Sure, please refer to the theme documentation here: http://documentation.bold-themes.com/ohlala/

You can find step by step explanation on how to import demo content in Getting Started section.

this particular theme is developed on Woo Commerce Dom Structure ?

Hi,

Thanks for the purchase.

In general yes it is – there are few details in the templates (mostly single product template) that were changed slightly, but you can find these templates in theme /woocommerce folder and checkout the modifications.

I understand that my license expired. I bought this theme for a customer a while ago and they just decided to start building. The issue I found is:

- When I am in the Cart Page in Mobile, the button “Go to Checkout” at the end of the form. This button has an animation that toggles the color when focused or hover. The problem is, my main color is let’s say burgundy, and my secondary color is white.

Before even clicking or hovering, it seems like the transformation of the pill that holds the secondary color the button (in this case white), is overlapping the text.

So basically it is…

[button holder Go (white pill) Checkout /button holder]

The white pill is covering the “to” word. And that white pill is the one transforming to create the transition.

Problem is, with devtools open, I couldn’t see any transformation happening in the css, or toggling between pseudo classes, or classes. Or couldn’t even find the query selector to modify the css.

So I thought if you guys had any insight on this, it would be helpful

Thank you.

Hi,

We have managed to recreate the issue in our environment. Thanks for the heads up.

You can add the following css to mitigate the issue:

div.woocommerce .wc-proceed-to-checkout .checkout-button {
    box-shadow: 0 0 0 3em #ff4562 inset !important;
}

Please adjust the color code accordingly.

We will make the needed changes in the original theme css and the patch will be included in the next theme release.

Hi, ? I bought this theme yesterday.

I installed themes and sub-themes. There’s nothing on the homepage. Of course, I’ve activated all the plug-ins.

I’m trying to set up a demo. The contents below are shown below.

REVISIONS already defined in /uni5683/www/wp-config.php on line 93 Notice: Constant EMPTY_TRASH_DAYS already defined in /uni5683/wwwww/wp-config. on line 96

How do I get the theme right? Can you make it visible on my website? URL: http://vucofresh.com/

It’s urgent, so please give me a quick answer. Thank you.

Hi,

Please check your wp-config.php or contact hosting provider, this is not related to our theme.
