Hi, I have downloaded the theme and installed successfully. I have using the home page 2 design in my site. But I can only see the top header in the home page itself. If I got to other pages, the header position is not maintained across other pages. thanks! Clear the cache and cookies of the browser helped (tried to open on other PC without clear cache on current mashine cause many Tabs open)

1) Please make sure that there is no Google map shortcode added directly on page.

Also check Theme options> Footer> Google map parameters> Show Google map – no and check Post options> Footer > Google map parameters for specific page where map is displaying

I appeal to what was written by the previous user. If I change the colors they are not saved and I am forced to do it by the editor. The mobile version behaves wrong and the cart does not appear. But how can a purchase be concluded without the shopping cart? How do I change the logo for the mobile version? At this point it is better to insert any theme and to integrate WooCommerce. I am really disappointed.

And I add that I won’t open any tickets. They are clear malfunctions (in an ecommerce there is no shopping cart…) that must be written here, to help all users. Thanks.

I am sorry to say this, but this theme is super-extra-giga complicated. I am not able to use this. It’s just unbelievably complicated for me. I had to format the folders I had it in. I gave up and I would like to get a refund.

Please get back to me. I deleted everything. It’s not about support or help from your side. I just don’t want this theme. Superslow on top of being super complicated. Google site speed test gave it a 3% mark.

What do I need to do? I only purchased it 2 days ago. Two of us spent a good 15 hours on understanding and editing the theme. The parts collapsed, the theme is too rigid. There are millions of code issues. I can’t deal with this. Sorry

Issue is caused by permissions on your server.

In order to fix the issue, you will need to modify wp-config.php file located in the root folder. Please edit the file and add these lines:

define('FS_METHOD', 'direct');
define('FS_CHMOD_DIR', 0755);
define('FS_CHMOD_FILE', 0644);

The code should be added right after this line:

define(‘NONCE_SALT’, ‘XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX’); The screenshot shows the exact location of the code in the file:

Once you added the lines, save the changes to the file. You should be no longer prompted for FTP connection information.
