Hello, is this “Multi Vendors plugin” will have separate access for the vendors, or do I need to create their products inside my access?
What about the payment it’s a separated payment or is only one payment account?

Multi vendor feature depends on the plugin you use.On what version is the theme now, there is no version update log on the sales page like other themes, I am on version 1.0.5 and it says last updated 1 Feb 2023, so what version is the latest?

Hello, I am working on some edits for a client that uses your theme. His old developer who he no longer has a working relationship with purchased your theme for my client so that’s why I am reaching out from here instead of via your support forum.
Is the WooCommerce Shop page of your theme editable using Elementor? When I try to access it via Elementor I get an error and an online search states that by default Elementor cannot edit the Shop page by default.
From the shop page (using your demo example, https://wpbingosite.com/wordpress/omeli/shop/) I need to:
1) Disable/hide/remove the top green search, categories, etc…entire bar section. 2) Change the background image where it shows “Shop”.

Hello but did you not see the part in my message above about the theme having been purchased by a previous person that use to work on the website we no longer have a working relationship with? Therefore I do not have a purchase code in order to submit a ticket. And I don’t see within Wpbingo settings where the license key is.
Trying to edit the WooCommerce Shop page with Elementor shows the following error,

And also still does not work if I enter Elementor is Safe Mode. Also done a plug-in and theme conflict check by disabling everything and it’s the same result.

Not happy with the fact one has to renew support to get theme updates .. This seems very unethical im sorry . Every 6 months one has to renew support @ $31.50 so in fact we are paying $ 63.00 per year to run this theme correctly ?? Please change this model you going to lose customers like this by using your support renew as ransom for theme updates .

Mobile header is nightmare, all is very buggy, why headers is not just as part of elementor.

I am getting very frustrated with this theme… I am a software developer and i thought using this theme would be easier, its impossible to edit the header, even if you select another header and save it doesnt reflect on the live site, adding a logo… this doesnt change anything either. i have sent in a ticket for support… all i got was a response asking for a screenshot.. then nothing.. its been 24 hours?

hallo, i bought this theme and when i import data you told that Increase your max execution time, try 40000 I know its high but trust me. Man its a 10 hours are you sure for that i have server with 25 sites if it break i dont have a hope.

By logging into “Wpbingo”> “Footer” section, I edited 7 previously created Footers. Then I choose any of the theme options, but it is not reflected on the page. It’s like I haven’t made any changes. I check the process from mobile, the result is the same. I thought it might be related to Cache. I disabled the addition of Live Speed Cache. I cleared the Cache. The result is still unchanged. How we can solve this problem.
Editing a place in the template is a serious problem for me. It’s too complex and pointless. If only it were WP Bage Builder instead of elementor. Slider (Home8) I typed “SM” instead of “Vegatable” on the left side, the complete style is broken and I cannot restore it. It is not clear how to edit the menu showing discount information on the right. It doesn’t seem at all when I choose my own product. It appears when I select the products that come with the default tame. It’s a great looking template, but it takes a lot of effort to edit. I regret buying it.

I need the store to be fully responsive and have all the features that desktop has. 2) does brandig as colors, font and others are easy to custoumize and wont break mobile version?
