hi, there is conflict with Elementor pro, when I activate Elementor Pro, “theme option” in the sidebar nav will not show any other options. all the templates destroy. there is no header and footer and template page. what is the problem?

I just downloaded your theme from Elements and your LA-Studio Element Kit for Elementor is causing a conflict with WordPress. My site goes down when this plug-in is activated. Is there something that can be done?

2 things. Your Ticket asks for a “purchase code.” Envato Elements does not seem to provide this. In my Themeforest account the theme is not listed in my downloads (where you usually find the purchase code.) Second thing – according to your support page, it will take up to five days for a response. No, I need this fixed before that. So, I’m just going to move into another theme as this one is way more trouble then it should be. I wish Elements let you rate things, because installing a theme, it’s plugins and it’s demo should not be this hard. And people should know to avoid these issues.

In fact, just browsing ThemeForrest will have Envato begging you to join Elements for a monthly or yearly fee to have purchase access to theme and other products located on both sections of the Envato Pty Ltd website. If either offers YOUR THEME, it is therefore a purchase. Therefore it falls under the TERMS AND CONDITION of AN ENVATO PURCHASE. Good work treating me like I’m stupid. You guys really do suck, don’t you? Thanks for warning me to stay away from your products. I plan to warn everyone else in my community to do just the same.

Hi, my license recently expired and I went to reinstall my Omens theme but I am getting a bunch of pet shop demo content. I would open a ticket but my license is expired now…I am just confused why the demo content changed. Any help would be appreciated!

Hello! I made a fresh install of wordpress, and i follow all steps on documentation. The “demo importer” show a weired PET HOME 01, PET HOME 02, PET CARE, PET RESCUE, PET SHOP and so on, and, by the XML fail a lot of items.
When i see the result: https://www.cetec.pt/b4g/01-creative-agency/ i have a lot of broken item.
And the support page, say my license code is not correct.

The unique thing i ask is, please, check if the elements package are really ok. Because i made a tree times a fresh installation in a fresh and updated linux installation, and always i have the same problem. I follow all instructions on manual, i have all requisites about php, and, when i take the demo data there options like “pet shop 1” “pet shop 2”, not what is expected and a lot of templates are broken! So, i think, there is a problem with the package on elements! But if you say, elements are ok, i bought this package and you make the support in the package with elements installation.
I made a diff and the omens element package are taking demo data who came from jinx theme! The elements package had a problem!

Hello, Please confirm if : - Is it possible to insert in the sidebar of the Portfolio Single (Sinple project 01) any element from Page builder like for example a Toggle or Accordion element or a Contact Form? Nice Demos! Unfortunately I can’t import the demo data either with the one click demo installer or manually. The Pages look either unformatted or the content is missing in total. Maybe it’s the envato-elements download that are missing files or I’m just missing something. Would love to use the theme.
