Hello and thanks for contacting us, a reply was provided via message. Being the support expired over 3 years ago, we need to see what is the specific issue and if is something that requires an active support service to be assisted.

It really nice the support is slow at replying.
Been using this since 2017 and have to say I am very very impressed with how good this theme has been, I have never had any major issues with it. I have had to only get my licence reset due to upgrades or changing domain names, which was a simple process of contacting the helpdesk. Also the team are regularly updating the theme all these years later.

I can say so much, cause this has been one of the themes I truly enjoy working with, but not with just that, when I come here to pick a new theme, there is so much information that allows me to make the right choice and to ensure that my clients are happy with what I am providing. I recommend this platform for anyone who truly desire to grow in the web building, and information purpose.
