Hi there,
support is available here on ThemeForest or on https://justevolve.it/support. You should open a ticket if you have any issue with the theme since the theme is fully supported.
We never receive a ticket or message from your username.

It's done. After a hook (from even older times) in the settings of Theme One (Advanced > Compact frontend scrips) became superfluous, it only needed to be deactivated and everything works again.
Thank you very much and so I am again a 100% satisfied customer, who not only uses your themes himself, but also regularly recommends them to customers.
Theme is great but and i would renew the support, but fixes regarding compatibility to new WP updates take too long.
Downgraded from 5 stars to 1 star because of a lack of communication from their support team.

Automattic recently updated the Stripe Gateway for WooCommerce, which utilized a field the them didn't have available, and broke my purchasing. with a little research and support from Automattic, Evolve released a fix within days, with minimal need for back and forth. many thanks for the painless update.
woocommerce templates out of date? Hello, has this theme been abandoned?

the only template outdated is the product-image.php, that will be updated in the next theme update, but since this template is completely different from the original one there aren't issues with the latest WooCommerce version.

I first had tried "Candy" from a different developer which was a disaster. "One" is solid and easy to handle even for somebody will medium skills like me.
