Hello, I’m interested in buying your metro wp template. As far as I understand from the demo I can arrange the tiles however I want (I need 3 rows of tiles with 4,2 and 3 columns respectively) which will have static content (will direct to static posts). But I’m not sure if I can make them look the way I want to. I’d like them to show static picture with text and on hover I want different text and/or image to appear from behind the tile (fade in). Additionally I would like to have drop-down menu on hover, on top of the page which will turn to bootstrap navbar(or something similar) when view by mobile devices. Please let me know if I can do what I ask and I will buy the template immediately. Thank you in advance, Menelaos Trikaliotis

Sorry, I’m not sure I understand you right. Can you please provide some sketch how you page must look like? Thanks!

sure. i’d like it to look like this: https://ibb.co/gGGJcv

Similar page layout can be built with such shortcodes of Metro Visual Builder, like Image, Presentation Image, Tiles. There is another Tiles shortcode, that is available for WP Backery Visual Composer plugin. All of them can be linked to inner pages/posts.

But such page layout can’t be implemented with the home slider.

I’d recommend you to test the theme before purchase, so you could check if it suitable for your needs. You can request access to the test installation via info@crumina.net

Thanks!

Hello, Are there any updates planned for this theme? It hasn’t received an update in over 1 year and therefore its plugins are out of date (I’m mainly interested in SR & VC).

Hi,

The last update was released in May. You can get it via automated updates function. You can also get the latest plugins separately by this link.

Best regards, Crumina

Oh my apologies, I didn’t know. That’s good news then ^^

To give you the background, I bought your theme some while ago but the project I got it for didn’t materialize. So I ended up not using it at all. However, now I’m strongly considering upgrading from another theme to One Touch.

I spent considerable hours customising the other (very buggy) theme, but now I had enough of its awful code and support, and I want to switch to another well-coded and stable theme.

What would be the most optimal way I could port everything to One-Touch and in the transfer hopefully lose as little work as possible? (The UI would have to look similar to the other theme tho so VC customizations need to be ported over. Can this be done with your theme?

PS: in the other theme I used Slider Rev with 9 slides on the homepage, and a page template + Visual Composer for all the pages. I also used some custom elements from that theme for portfolio, services and the portfolio + services pages. The portfolio module from the other theme is very similar to the one on One-Touch so I think that won’t be a problem.

Please let me know if I there is a way I could port all my content from another theme to One-Touch (and customise its UI to be similar to this site: stumpp-wohnen.de) Many thanks!

According to your requirements, unfortunately Onetouch isn’t suitable. First of all, this theme is not supported as others and there will be only security updates for it. Secondly, Onetouch main page builder is Metro Visual Builder. All blocks like portfolio, news, home slider, feature boxes etc are created by it. Visual Composer is fully compatible with this theme, but it comes with its standard shortcodes without any modifications.

We think Polo theme will suit you more. Its main page builder is Visual Composer and it provides a great many of different shortcodes created specially for Polo. If you would like to test it and compare with Onetouch, send us request to info@crumina.net

Thanks!

Hello, We love Metro wp template. But since we have change the host permalink doesn’t work. It’s work with other wp template but infortunly not on : http://valdoise-energie.org Any idea ?

Hi,

Simply resave permalinks under Settings>Permalinks and make sure that your hosting supports .htaccess rules , since the theme doesn’t modify permalinks, they are native Wordpress ones.

Hello, i already try this. If i chose something different of /?p=123 lt like / postname / the website give me only 404 template.

If i select any other template (not metro) the permalink works good.

When I import the demo from using Installer Panel, I have no images. I see the post portfolio, but no photos from the demo. When I go on Media, the click Library, no pictures anywhere. Why is no one having this problem but me?

Here is an example: latest-fashion-trends.net

I have send numbers of emails to info@crumina.net and got no response. I can’t stand being ignored. Can someone please help me?

Hi,

We got several emails from you asking for refund for the theme that you purchased over 2 years ago. But you never asked for support before.

Please, send us to info@crumina.net your site URL, WP-admin login and password and FTP access details. We will check what is wrong and will help you import demo data.

But please note, it is night in our timezone now. And we will review your issue in the morning.

Thanks!

Best regards, Crumina

Thank you, it looks nice.
