Hello, I activated this theme for kavyasinghkundu.com domain and now created a subdomain called beta.kavyasinghkundu.com and update the theme and after updating a error notification bar comes “Your copy of the theme has not been activated. Please navigate to Onea Dashboard where you can input your purchase code and activate your copy of the theme so you can have access to all the theme features, elements & options.”. We did not changed the domain so it should work on subdomain. Please help on this thanks.

We are constantly working on updating all our themes. At the moment we don’t have any ETA when this update will come out, however once it is updated this will be listed in the change log.
The theme should work correctly with latest version of WordPress and WooCommerce. The compatibility with block-based widgets (added in WordPress 5.8) was included in the latest theme update so the theme should work correctly on the latest version of WordPress.
We haven’t tested our theme with WooCommerce Brands plugin so we cannot guarantee it’s fully compatibility.

You can now easily deregister your purchase code via our Help Center by following instructions from the article in this link. If you are unsure about the domain where the theme was previously registered, you can enter any url (like google.com), and in the error message correct url will be written.

Hi, everytime someone buys anything it sends an email to onea@elated-themes.com which came back to our email with notification that this email is undelivered. i can’t seem to find where to remove this. Pre-support renew question. Hello! We’ve been using Onea 1.4 for a long while now and one thing we were never able to fix is how the dropdown menu items overlap products on webpage. See theluxurylady.com on mobile and see how the dropdown overlaps products down the page. If I renew support is this something that can be fixed or a bug in the theme?

First, please check if you are running the latest version of theme and plugins listed in the change log.
In case you need to update theme and bundled plugins please follow instructions from this article – How To Update A WordPress Theme And Plugins. After you update theme all of the bundled plugins with available update should be listed in Appearance > Install Plugins.

You won’t be exactly translating this label into some different language, you can still display it in English.
