Customizability and Customer support are terrible. The Design is good, however, who cares about that if stuff does work in the way an eCommerce website should?

We do believe that the theme is well documented, and we do understand that it might be confusing sometimes but you can find our themes documentation here as well as many great articles, and video tutorials that might help you on the way developing your website.
At the moment we couldn't locate any ticket with your username or purchase code at our Help Center. To submit a ticket please follow instructions from this article - How To Submit A Ticket. You can also contact our support through this email, just include your purchase code in the mail, and our support agents will gladly help you.

Perfect Theme
This is an updated review for the previous one I gave. Customer support reached out to me and provided me with an updated tutorial on how to install the theme and its demo features. The theme itself is beautiful and clean. If you know your coding well, you shouldn't have a problem with tweaking it to your liking. I don't recommend this theme if you have already developed a website like me because it does take a while to receive a response from a ticket. However, if you are just starting off with making a website, I say go for it and take full advantage of it's features.
