Support is beyond awful. They claim the rights to certain images and content in the demo is not licensed to the users. How can we even setup the theme to look like what it is that we purchased? Simple answer: You can't! Good luck!

DON'T BUY..!!!!!!.... can't search for domain name availability before signing up customers... TOTALLY SUCK FOR THE PRICE....!!!!!
Technical support very bad. The theme from the beginning presented problems of design which were never solved by the developers. I still have problems and although I ask for support I never received it and after the support time, I could never use it because they did not respond to my requests.
